I have a steam version and there is a folder what called GTAIV and a Installer (?) and i mean inside the GTAIV folder where is every other files what need to run properly the GTAIV

Then i ran out of ideas, because whenever i had problem i uninstalled the game + LCPDFR and then reinstalled them and i looked mods what not overwrite each other and that's all

Try to reinstall now the SNT just i think its better to make backup

Since the 1.1 out i using that and i had no problem with that, so i guess 1.1 will be better (sorry for late reply just i didn't saw there is a 2nd page and i though you not wrote yet)

I think ASI Loader needed when you want to use mods just i don't exactly which ones, if i remember right the ASI Loader is the dsound.dll and the xliveless.dll but you can't have both

About installing?

There is no difference at all in ZIP and RAR

No, that's just because i use winrar not zip, if you installed and started the LCPDFR you still get the message?

I don't know what you talking about, i downloaded the LCPDFR and i not saw a folder in it (LCPD First Response 1.1 Manual Install.rar)

You just have to copy the files to the GTA folder and that's all

I think it's basic you have the original game and not a pirated version of it, so your game probably updated to the latest, and if you try reinstall the LCPDFR manually?

If you not have any mods, just LCPDFR still get this error?

And what mods were installed before you installed the SNT 6.5?
