Rate the Song/Music Video from the user above.
So we're no longer rating music right? Since we're on the subject of anime, I actually like a good bit of it. I think allot of it comes down to the fact I like an actual plot with my TV and it seems like everything on TV now a days is reality or if it's got any real depth to it, it doesn't last more than a season. I wouldn't consider the stuff I watch joyful or filled with color. Ghost in the Shell Death Note Attack on Titan On Topic: Private Eyes 0/10 Just not my cup of tea.

BEST AND WORST GAMES
((I didn't see a limit to how many should be in the list, needless to say. I think i might have gotten a little carried away.) Best Games: Zelda Ocarina Of Time (Such a huge staple of my child hood memories, and still enjoyable enough that I play it to this day.) Unreal Tournament & 2004, (One of the best shooters ever made.) Starsiege: Tribes 1 & 2 (A Fast Paced FPS with Jetpacks, what's not to love.) Quake 3 Arena (The Daddy of all arena shooters.) Starwars: Kotor 1 & 2 (A great game in its own right, the game mechanics are what should really be aknowledged. Most people credit Mass Effect for really popularizing RPGs, This game is where Mass Effect got its Roots.) Mass Effect Trilogy (Such an amazing story and I love how no two play throughs are exactly the same. Choices made from the first game have consquences in the last.) Gears of War Trilogy (The multiplayer community really made this series great for me. Loved how competitive everyone was, combined with the squad based game play it was intense.) Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (The environment and sound really made this game better than it should have been. Something about hiding in a hut and then having the walls cave in ontop of you with little to no warning was always a heart racing experience.) Saints Row 1,2,3 (I played Saints Row way before i ever touched GTA. I loved the attitude the game had and the range of diversions. Dumping a septic trunk on innocent bystanders, why not. Getting wasted and shooting up the place, Hellz yea!.) Elder Scrolls Skyrim (I've played most Elder scrolls, but it wasn't untill Skyrim that I actually fell in love with the game. The amount of gameplay is ridiculous and the quality of the game didn't suffer for it neither. + Killing Dragons is always a good time.) Batman: Arkham Series (I'm BATMAN!, A batman video game that's not just a cheesy knock off.) Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2005) (The last truly good NFS game. It was original and it had a great balance of races/cop pursuits and handling.) Need For Speed: Underground (NFS in the open world, Street racing galore and customization makes this game something really special not just for the series but the genre as a whole.) Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition (Did a great job of filling the void after NFS Underground 2, and you could race in Atlanta) Mario 64 (Mario 64 isn't just a good game, it's a technological marvel that inspired a generation of open world games and redifined how camera control should be handled.) Starfox 64 (I'm not aware of another starfox game since that's been able to properly pay tribute to what this series started off as.) Fallout 3 (This game put Fallout back on the map, despite the gameplay being riddled with bugs it was a great enough experience to win it several awards.) Guild Wars 1 (The competitive MMO, was free 2 play and offered tons of content and variety in builds.) Super Smash Bros Series (The fighting game anyone can play and not feel trivialized in doing so.) Borderlands 2 (Great sense of humor, guns galore, and a high replay value for a FPS game that's heavily story based.) GTA V (This is the GTA that made me pay attention to the series, the attention to detail is phenomenal, and the story was just awesome.) Halo 1,2, Reach, ODST (The series that proved FPS games could not just hold their own on consoles, but excel.) Gran Turismo 1,2,3,4 (Great racing sim that had actual "endurance" races.) Forza 4,5 (Has taken the flag from Gran Turismo for best racing simulator. High attention to details, more customization, better sense of scale and difficulty.) Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (I don't even like Assassin's Creed games, I spent 90% of my time in Black Flag just sailing the open seas getting into trouble... Being a pirate is AWESOME.) X2 The Threat, X3 The Reunion, X3 Terran Conflict (I love Space Ships, and this game featured a "Working" Economy that constantly changed based on supply and demand. Starting with next to nothing and buiding up to a space empire was always a rewarding ((And very time consuming)) buisness.) Red Dead Redemption (Who thought you could take the gameplay mechanics of GTA throw them into the wild west and have not just a good game, but an amazing game.I sure didn't but even if I had this game would have blown away any expectations I had for it. Probably my favorite Rockstar game.) Worst Games Duke Nukem Forever (Went through development hell, when it finally does get released it looked and played like an unfinished product too. Which is really sad because the humor was there but the gameplay its self was so horrid i couldn't enjoy a single moment of trying to play a Duke Nukem game.) Saints Row 4 (The humor and new diversions are the only thing that save this game. It's a expansion that was released as a full product and continuation of the main series, like 80% of its assets are ripped straight from SR3, even then not all of the gameplay of SR3 is included in SR4 you lose the depth of the "Wanted" system. ((There's one bar that represents the aliens and their response to each wanted level is horrible in comparison to former games. You get more and more grunts thrown at you untill a warden shows up, kill the warden and you're clear of all wanted levels... In a matter of minutes you go from unwanted, most wanted, to unwanted again. There's no dragged out fights/pursuits across the city, no road blocks. just more aliens with rifles)) It does a great job of disregarding its legacy and decides it wants to be a Crackdown meets Matrix rip off. Being a super powered A-hole is fun for about the first 5 minutes then it gets really gimmicky and combat becomes stale/boring.) Unreal Tournament 3 (Took an amazing FPS series and bastardized it by trying to cash in on current gaming trends. The characters all look like they came out of Gears, They tried to make an actual "Campaign" that's a horrible representation of what the former games really were. There's no need to flush out this game by explaining the Uspawners and trying to make it relevant by saying they went from being used in Media fights to a war asset, it was absurd. They should have flushed out the Arena experience and really delved into building team rosters, competing in numerous seasons and practicing with your team to build skills/teamwork.) Gears of War Judgement (The good thing was the stability in the multiplayer coding. What ruined the series was all the gameplay chanes, from squad based shooter, to FFA. Weapon Balance changes, the atmosphere was way out of sync with the rest of the series. Went from Dark and Dreary to bright and overly saturated. Perhaps the biggest sin was the exclusion of locust in mutiplayer for the first time. It broke the immersion by leaps and bounds seeing gears kill other gears... and I'd played the same locust for 3 games up untill this point.) GTA IV (I know blasphemy to even say such things on a GTA 4 Fan site... My confession is I'm a fool for campaigns, I love them and if a game has them they should be done well so as to be a good representation of the product. I absolutely hate the story in GTA IV I find the characters, voice acting, and dialogue to all be atrocious. The reason I still play GTA 4 is because I was let down by SR4, and having played and enjoyed GTA 5 so much I figured I'd give the earlier games including GTA 4 another chance. Don't get me wrong from a gameplay perspective the attention to all the little details is amazing, this is without a doubt one of the most well flushed out and alive cities ever created in a game. Niko & Friends just really kill the series for me as I cringe every time they speak.

Texturing Cars
That makes sense. I appreciate the timely response. I haven't 'modded' anything in years so I wanted to start with something small, textures are right up my alley cause I know how to use Photoshop pretty well. I suck at actual 3D modeling so I tend to avoid it at all costs.

Texturing Cars
I've watched several tutorials on how to Texture cars in GTA 4. I'm having a bit of a problem trying to fill in the gap so to speak on how to take the texture from Photoshop into GTA 4. I've tried both Open IV and Spark to open .wtd files. When I open them I only see 4 textures, the sign textures that everyone is replacing are never there. Should I be creating them? Or am I missing something else entirely?

Judge Dredd
I've googled GTA 4 Judge Dredd and besides a youtube video and requests dating back a few years I haven't been able to find much. Is there any characters/cars that pay tribute to the Judge? Because what'd be more awesome then a city full of Judges

You're being extreme. It's the role of a parent to not just set a good example, but to also guide their children towards a successful and prosperous life. Or to put it bluntly to attempt to define their child's future for the best/better outcome. While the topic of gay/les/trans is much more tolerant today, anyone who is this way whether by choice or birth (Not going to argue the topic here.) is going to have a rougher time in life, just due to the fact it's so much against societal norms, and there's a good amount of hatred/distaste from the general public. So why would a parent want that for their child, for them to go through life with a permanent disadvantage just because of their life choices? Especially when some people strongly believe with all their might that it's a choice that's been made by their child due to their environment. If a kid goes goes through a stage in their life where they start making poor life choices, Stealing, Fighting, Drug Use, and a parent used similar methods to address the situation (Isolating them from their peers, forced counseling, hell even whipping their ass on a regular basis.) this wouldn't be an issue now would it.(Hell they made a “Reality” TV Series where they put kids in jail for 24 hours and use scare tactics, real psychological manipulation to fix the problem.) But because we're talking about civil rights for a minority group everything has to be overly exaggerated and cross examined. At the end of the day it's the parent's choice to decide what's right for their children based on their beliefs.

You're just baiting and way off topic. It's a long stretch from plausible bad parenting to the way our Government treats known terrorists. On topic I guess I don't know enough about the subject to give a real opinion, I watched the first minute of the video and I wouldn't call forcing children to act a certain way as criminal or inhumane in the least bit. That's pretty much the whole purpose of parenting to to guide children and teach them right from wrong. At the end of the day we're all raised according to very different beliefs that have been bestowed by our parents which they more than likely have learned from their parents and so forth. Having said that the whole subject is much deeper and complicated than just this one issue. Because in order to address the issue you have to adhere to what the underlying problems and or beliefs of each side are that leads to this treatment in the first place. Is it really genetic, is it environmental, etc. There's no scientific certainty as to what leads to people going against societal norms. Which is why personal beliefs are the only real argument that's ever heard in this debates, and everyone gets so wound up. Take your moral guidelines and religious beliefs out of the equation and there's simply nothing to debate. Having said all that I personally don't care what other people like or enjoy in their personal lives behind closed doors and all that. Their not forcing anything upon me so why should we impose our beliefs on anyone else. I believe in personal freedom plain and simple. So long as your freedom doesn't impede on other people's rights or endanger someone else's lives I say have fun doing what ever be it drugs, sex, or any other vice.

X-Files reboot?
While I'm excited at the potential this has, I'm also cautious because I remember the last X-Files movie and what a colossal let down that was.

LCPDFR 1.0d Megathread
Just started playing LCPDFR a few days ago, so far I love the mod it'll no doubt increase the replay value of GTA 4 by a long while. I'm glad to see that there's still new updates for LCPDFR, and the overall experience has been incredibly stable in "vanilla" LCPDFR I can play for hours on end with little to no bugs/crashes. It's when i start trying other plugins/mods that I start experiencing frequent script/client crashes. Which isn't PDFR's fault in the least bit. The only problem I have with the actual LCPDFR mod right now has been the taser, it was a pain as a new player to get it actually working. I tried installing using the auto-installer a couple times, moved to a manual install. It took me a few days but i finally stumbled across a thread describing how to "force" GTA 4 to recognize the taser by editing a couple of files. Now that it's actually working in game, i still find it difficult to use as it constantly seems to despawn when entering vehicles and doesn't always come out the first time you push the T button. All in all it's a small issue, and really more of an inconvenience than anything else. Good work on 1.0d, I look forward to any future releases. :)

What CPU/Memory usage is ok for GTA IV?
My response exactly, I always use speed fan on a semi-regular basis just to make sure that my temperatures aren't getting too high. It's the one issue I remember reading is common with this AMD chipset/Mother board i'm running. Every set up has different max temperatures depending on hardware but it's generaly unacceptable to be getting near 70+ C, the lower the better. I generally aim to keep my rig under 50 while gaming. GTA 4 should not be using a high amount of your memory as it's a 32 bit game and can only access a fraction of what your machine has installed. I don't even think newer games will use half of your available memory, but i'm not 100% certain on that. (Minecraft being an exception if you're running a server and what not.) The two biggest things I've seen effect your computer's temperature is the state of your thermal compound, I've seen a bad paste make as much as 20c difference in temperatures. The next thing is consider a bigger after market cooler if you don't already have one. A good cooler can go around $30-60, but it's money well spent if it keeps your temperatures from damaging your components.

Is this a good computer?
Sad truth is between youtube and google all of life's mysteries can be solved. When I built my machine I watched a mess load of youtube vidoes seeing what people where getting out of the gpu performance wise. The HDD is the biggest concern I have with this build, only 128 GB. Inside of games a SSD isn't going to be as much of an improvement as most people think. By the time you install windows you'll realistically have like 80-90 GB of data left on the disc and that's going to get eatten up really quickly by games that are 8+ GB a piece. Never mind music, pictures, and other media. Where SSDs shine is outside of games they'll help with transferring data quickly, computer load times, and so forth. So the type of drive and the size is really dependant on what all you need the computer to do. GPU is the 2nd thing I'd look at, I actually have the GTX 750 on my machine. It's a solid performing budget card that's amazed me on quiet a few ocassions. (It runs all the games I've thrown towards it on high @ 1920x1080, and I've seen youtube videos where it's played all the latest multi-platform games at better quality and frame rates than the PS4 & Xbox One.)...but let's be real it's going to be the first thing to become outdated on the machine as it's already on the lower end of the spectrum. So if money permits I'd do some research and see where above the 750 you can afford to go and be happy.

is this a good gaming PC?
It's really similiar to the PC I built a few months back, the biggest difference is i opted for a Nvidia 750 (which i think is a wicked budget card, but I've always been in Nvidia's pocket.) In GTA 4 on high settings @ 1920x1080 I get any where from 35-50FPS. My average is some where in the mid to high 40s. Making GTA 4 the 2nd worst running game in my whole library, despite its age. I've honestly not used any ENBs, so i can't say what kind of performance hit they usually take. As for recording I accidentally hit overwolf's record function the other day and it dropped my frames down to 28 FPS, However I'd never honestly use that program for recording as the GPU I'm running has a built in capture function. I tested it out before making this post real quick and i didn't lose any frames while recording using Nvidia's Shadow Play functionality. Outside of GTA 4 I've never failed to be impressed with the performance you can squeeze out of a $100 GPU, but having said that I don't think my preference in games are extremely GFX intensive. I've played the following games on this machine Fallout, Saints Row, GTA, Guild Wars 2, Civilization, Mass Effect, Euro Truck 2, Dark SIders, Dead Island, and GRID Autosport. All on High or better and maintained a steady 50+ frame rate with V-Sync turned on. My Build CPU: FX-6300 GPU: Nvidia GTX 750 Memory: 8GB Storage: 2TB OS: Windows 8.1
