This is a simple mod but for me adds more realism to the game i have always thought radio chatter was to quiet in game this simple mods fixes that To install you will need openiv and locate x64/audio.sfx/POLICESCANNER.rpf open then replace the random_chat.awc to do this you need to hit edit mode and drag the random_chat.oac into open iv DO NOT DRAG THE FOLDER RANDOM_CHAT INTO OPENIV this mod is only the random radio chatter and not all police dispatch chatter so it wont get annoying going off constantly Do not re-upload
