Multiple people seem to be having this issue. The game will not load and crashes while loading.
Here's what I do know:
1. It's not caused by AVG/Windows Defender
2. It's not caused by any plugins, at least the ones I have removed from the directory
3. It's not directly caused by an Albo mod/script
4. My mods folder has no impact on whether there is a crash or not
5. Not EUP/Menyoo related, from removing those associated files
6. Not caused by any plugin/LSPDFR related thing.
I have not changed my game at all since I played it last a few months ago, the only things I have done recently are Scripthook and the new Ragehook.
Any other ideas?
Log attached.

i have no idea, so i updated my rage hook plugin client and gta v on steam and it either crashes upon start up or just infinitely loads. i cant get it to load into story mode.
Open OpenIV, go to your mods folder and go into edit mode. You may have to copy the contents to the new file.
Also, try removing all ELS files (if you have ELS.) If not, clear your mods folder and try again. You can always verify the game cache if you have the game on Steam. If nothing else works, reinstall everything.

This is probably an issue with a plugin that you have installed.
When it crashes, hit F4 and type "loadplugin lspdfirstresponse.dll."
Then type in forceduty into the same console. If this doesn't work the first time, try it again a couple more times. Uninstall all of your extra lspdfr plugins if nothing else works.

It's not even making it into the game. I get the black screen as if it is about to start loading but it just hangs there. Only thing I can think I changed is that I added a vehicle, but that shouldn't be preventing RPH from functioning at all. I'm going to try reinstalling LSPDFR and RPH. I already reinstalled RPH but that did nothing.
More specifically, RPH is saying "hooking game instance" and then "enjoy" and slides to the bottom left corner, and then I get the black GTA V screen that never goes anywhere.
Before you do that, remove all of your ELS lines and try to launch the game.

I literally haven't installed any script mods or anything in a month. I've deleted all of the cars I've decently installed and I have no idea why it's all of a sudden crashing.
Any ideas?
Win 10. I've deleted all car mods and renamed the mods folder _mods and switched back with no luck. I've also removed the mods folder and tried to launch it, also without success. I'm just baffled as to why it's crashing because the game was working perfectly fine a few hours ago and now when I try to launch it, it crashes. Literally hadn't installed anything in that time period.
EDIT: The problem appears to be being caused by the presence of LSPDFR. When uninstalled, the game launches and runs fine. As soon as I reinstall LSPDFR, the game crashes. I'm going to try and reinstall the game clean and build up until I can figure out what is causing the crash, unless somebody lets me know before then.
Here's the RPH log:

I noticed there isn't an HQ interior readily available unlocked for the 2013-15 Explorer. So I decided to make one that should be a direct fit as it's based on the existing one used that's photo textured.
After the next update, I may release it for download as I don't have time to throw it in a vehicle. If somebody else wants to continue this project, let me know.

It worked! But is there any way to save the tattoos?
Yes, if you go to character load/save you can save the combination of tattoos into the slots there. You can change your characters clothing in the EUP menu and no matter what outfit you choose, the tattoos will stay. The only thing is that you have to reload them each session, but you can save them.

This trainer here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav
Go into model spawning, then to clothes and then select tattoos. You can save combinations of tattoos as well.

You need to update the update.rpf file located in your mods folder. You can do this 2 ways, the first of which is to delete your mods folder and make a new one. The second way is to navigate to your mods folder in OpenIV and it should prompt you to update the fail update.rpf.
Yes this does mean you will have to re-install all modifications after either making a new mods folder or updating the update.rpf. unfortunately that is the way things have to be right now with rock stars current update system there is no way around it.
That initially worked. Then I tried reinstalling a car mod I have used before and it crashed on loading.

Both of those things are fine. I restarted my system and ELS seems to be working properly.

So, I installed ELS on my game yesterday and everything was working fine.
Today, I jumped on and tried to get it to work. Nothing. Here's the log. I made no changes to the game since having it working fine yesterday.
The siren controls still work fine, but the lights don't work at all. I can pull up the control panel, but I can't operate the lights. I've gone into the config settings and everything looks fine n there as well.
Now, I understand that a bunch of other people have been having this same issue. I'm thinking it may be specific to Steam users.
Any ideas? I'll post more stuff if needed.

Using Zmodeler 2, I can't deselect anything. So I manually have to disable layers and eyeball the position in which I want to place parts.
Anybody know the key shortcut? I've heard Shift+D but that doesn't really seem to work at all. Keyboard shortcuts don't work at all for that matter, such as spacebar not automatically talking me to "Selected Mode."

0xc0000005 Crash While Loading
in LSPDFR 0.3 Support
That worked for about an hour, I removed a bunch of crappy extra plugins and it's still happening except there is no Rage crash log anymore.
