Another siren upload! This time, it is a Federal Signal PA500 siren used by the California Highway Patrol for Siren Mastery. My knowledge of American sirens is limited but I believe this siren is used by the Motorcycle units and Commercial Enforcement (the white slick tops) Still awesome to use on your every day CHP vehicles!
This pack contains Wail and Yelp and I've also thrown in a optional horn from one of my previous releases which was another Federal Signal siren (Federal Signal Smart Siren SS2000 to be precise) which fits in quite well. If you like to keep things legit this horn is of course totally optional. As with all my Siren Mastery releases I add a slight echo to the tones to make it sound authentic.

Today I am presenting a Federal Signal 80K!. It features a Wail, Yelp, Manual and Horn tone. The manual tone loops after a couple seconds of silence, and it's basically designed for the user to put on (for the length of the tone itself or not) then switch off (or swap to another tone) Manual only works for the Siren Mastery version. Full install instructions are included for both the Siren Mastery and traditional install methods. Unfortunately due to the vehicles.awc limit being 15.7mb I had to remove '0x17E9AF5D' which is a train passing sound. This will only affect you if you are using the traditional method of install. Siren Mastery only method will not mute this sound. I did try to compress the siren as much as I could without compromising quality, but I couldn't push it below the limit without having the siren sound like total ass. You've probably never heard the sound I muted in-game before and won't notice it's gone. You can check out the tones (excluding wail as it's an ELS preview) below!

Here is my LAPD skin for t0y's 2016 Chevy Express van. I made this skin for my own game as I wanted a more LAPD style van for prison transports to fit in with my game. This livery is not based upon a real design as I'm not sure if the  LAPD even use these vehicles. This is simply my take on an LAPD style Chevy Express.

Another skin from my personal collection. This time a California Highway Patrol skin for BxBugs's 2011 CVPI he released with ELS. I'm aware there may be existing CHP skins around  that are compatible with this model but I couldn't be bothered searching around for them so I made this one! This pack contains 2 skins in total which I personally run along side my Sheriff skins in the Sheriff slot.

As per request, here is an LAPD style Prisoner Transport Skin for the 2016 Chevy Express. Like my other skin it's not based upon a real van, rather what I think it would look like. I've included three versions in this release. A 'Prisoner Transport' a 'Traffic Unit' and one without either text down the side.

These Inglewood Police skins are ones I've made for my personal collection but thought I would release here. They are designed for use with the CVPI from the ELS LAPD but will also work with the ELS Miami pack, both by TwistedScopes

I'm not exactly sure what font they used for the motto, but I've found a font that is pretty close. It's not a 100% replica  due to this small issue

I've been looking for a good CHP / SAHP Els compatible CVPI but couldn't find one I was happy with... So I edited BxBugs123's ELS CVPI to be more CHP styled. Enjoy!
 
What this file does is 4 things:
Change the rear lights in the middle of the lightbar to Amber. Change the lighting patterns to a more CHP styled pattern. Includes different CHP-ish patterns for each siren (1-3 siren 4 disabled by default) and out-of-vehicle. And includes 2k CHP based SAHP Skins.  
I spent a decent amount of time on this so I hope you enjoy it.

You can however freely edit these files as you see fit.
