  1. I didn't use the simple bend text tool. It didn't get a good result so I made the text follow a path that I set out (in this case, it followed the CHP circle) same sort of principle and technique used in this tutorial :)
  2. Pretty sure the CVPI is the same model. Not sure what other cars he has though so I can't comment. Easiest way to check is to extract the textures from his cars and compare them side by side. You can usually tell
  3. Gets boring looking at the same old textures! It's mainly to change it up a little if you're bored at looking at CHP textures

Today I am presenting a San Andreas Highway Patrol skin pack for the California Highway Patrol MegaPack! The love child of California Highway Patrol and Nevada Highway Patrol. As you can tell the skin incorporates characteristics of each departments livery designs complete with a SAHP logo which was based on the CHP logo. This pack has a skin for every car in the MegaPack so you can completely change your Highway Patrol fleet if you choose. I've included screenshots every single car. Grab the CHP MegaPack below! Enjoy!
  4. I honestly have no idea. I'm not from the States so my knowledge of sirens is limited. I guess it depends from department to department?
  5. This is my from my vehiclesirensetup.xml :) <VehicleSirenSetup> <VehicleModel>SHERIFF</VehicleModel> <VehicleModel>SHERIFF2</VehicleModel> <Sirens> <Siren1 SirenType="Primary">FS80K_Wail</Siren1> <Siren2 SirenType="Secondary">FS80K_Yelp</Siren2> <Siren3 SirenType="Secondary">FS80K_Manual</Siren3> <Siren4 SirenType="Horn">FS80K_Horn</Siren4> </Sirens> </VehicleSirenSetup> You could always take the Hyelp from one of my other FS sirens (example here) and throw it in the mix :)

Today I am presenting a Federal Signal 80K!. It features a Wail, Yelp, Manual and Horn tone. The manual tone loops after a couple seconds of silence, and it's basically designed for the user to put on (for the length of the tone itself or not) then switch off (or swap to another tone) Manual only works for the Siren Mastery version. Full install instructions are included for both the Siren Mastery and traditional install methods. Unfortunately due to the vehicles.awc limit being 15.7mb I had to remove '0x17E9AF5D' which is a train passing sound. This will only affect you if you are using the traditional method of install. Siren Mastery only method will not mute this sound. I did try to compress the siren as much as I could without compromising quality, but I couldn't push it below the limit without having the siren sound like total ass. You've probably never heard the sound I muted in-game before and won't notice it's gone. You can check out the tones (excluding wail as it's an ELS preview) below! Preview And grab Siren Mastery below! Enjoy!
  12. Just wondering what siren this is? I was watching Live PD and one of the cities they were in was Bridgeport and I heard the siren and loved it haha. Hope this is the correct section!
  13. Sounds fine in my game (My Siren Volume is set to 0.04) but I might look at amplifying at some point Thanks for the feedback!

I had already done some Highway Patrol skins for Moose's Territory but I've re-done them for Macgregor's version. Pretty self explanatory. You can grab the car below. Enjoy!
  15. Pushed this out today. Pretty quick job which I'll work on cleaning up if it gains traction. Very small market though as only the Victorian people would ever use it. Even then, who likes VicRoads enough to play as them in their spare time? :P

Just a quick skin I whipped up for MooseYTY's VF Commodore model and Macgregor's Victoria Police model. For those unaware, VicRoads TSS (Transport Safety Services) have very similar authority to Victoria Police. Although they primarily focus on HR vehicles, TSS officers can issue infringement notices and defect notices to light motor vehicle drivers. I primarily made this skin to use along side a Victoria Police (or Highway Patrol) skin for when you feel like going on a defect spree. This skin isn't 100% identical to the real life variant, but it's very close. It's kind of a WIP at the moment and needs work, but if it gets attention I'll work on cleaning it up. None the less, it still doesn't look half bad. Enjoy!

  16. I fixed the formatting for one of my old siren releases and it's gone and bumped it to the very top of the 'Audio' list despite not being actually being updated. Is it at all possible for files to only be bumped when a new file is actually uploaded? Feels a little cheap in my opinion to bump a file like that. Cheers
