Just a quick skin I whipped up for MooseYTY's VF Commodore model and Macgregor's Victoria Police model. For those unaware, VicRoads TSS (Transport Safety Services) have very similar authority to Victoria Police. Although they primarily focus on HR vehicles, TSS officers can issue infringement notices and defect notices to light motor vehicle drivers. I primarily made this skin to use along side a Victoria Police (or Highway Patrol) skin for when you feel like going on a defect spree. This skin isn't 100% identical to the real life variant, but it's very close. It's kind of a WIP at the moment and needs work, but if it gets attention I'll work on cleaning it up. None the less, it still doesn't look half bad.

Cleaned it up a little. Still needs work, but due to the fact it's not very popular (as I imagined because lets face it, who likes Vicroads?) I probably won't work on it any further
