I have made changes to the texture and added a license plate for each texture slot (4x). Now all 4 texture slots have different license plates. -

Here is the CVPI at V0.1 which features a realistic texture done almost to a carbon copy. A view from the front shows the logo and a font that is almost the same as the real TST's. However the paint looks blue to me but is black in Photoshop. GTA V doing this? -

Here come the Los Santos State Troopers!

Its time for the State Troopers to roll in. Based on the Pennsylvania State Troopers, this texture features a very similar look to the Pennsylvania State Troopers but instead it has Los Santos State Troopers. The colours are also a tad different to the real car and the chevron at the back is orange and yellow rather than balck and yellow. I still need to do some work but hopefully I can release soon. Just need to do some research futher into the texture first. Thanks. -
