i replaced the GTAIV file with a backup and re-installed everything, no peds no skins now, seems to be alot more stable 7/10 suffered a crash after releasing a suspect other then that thank you thank you!

was able to run 1.0c at about 9/10 but 1.0D causes crashing on loading screen.
