Not sure if you can tell the story the livery tells you, but I think it came out alright. This livery is fictional and made for Captain14's ELS Tahoe in his pack.
The pack includes both a 2k and a 4k version and has multiple colors. White, grey and black. I personally favor the grey.

=========SPAWNING THE NEW ADDED Aircraft========= 
I recommend you to use Enhanced Native Trainer or Simple Trainer, etc with "spawn car by name" function. 
Select this function and input the car name to spawn it 
In game car names   there are 3 aircraft in this DLC
avro model     --------> Type this name: avro
P.s if the game crashes after first run, use openIV and rebuild/defragment once. that will fix the Problem, only happened once.
this is ADD on only vehicle. will not work with replace method.
please get latest gameconfig file, if you have problems running addon dlc's

Thought I'd make a Sheriff livery for Captain14's awesome ELS Tahoe. Don't mind the bad quality screenshots, it's better in-game.
It's loosely based off the Ventura County Sheriffs Office. 
 
It got working plates, not sure what happened to the screenshots.

Introducing my first skin release! I have made two Victoria Police Ford Territory Highway Patrol skins for the New South Wales Police Ford Territory by MooseYTY. One in silver as Highway Patrol cars typically tend to stand out more than general duties vehicles and one in your every day white. 
Open to suggestions and constructive criticism for improvements and future updates as it's my first car skin.

This a repaint of the stock Freight Train, It adds in my opinion a touch of Australian realism, Pacific National move freight along the east coast of Australia, maybe other states too, I repainted two freight containers with Linfox and Toll  branding, Included in the download, Note this is not a stand alone skin you need Theo's Service Pack 2,3 for skins to work, Theo has included templates for almost all the vehicles and equipment in GTA V, It's well worth downloading look and you'll be surprised,
