Well you can export the admiral using either spark iv or open iv (i recommend spark iv for extraction & open iv for other things). And after extracting it place it into a police slot (i.e. police2, noose, fbi, etc.) Now if your els is setup to use headlights, tail-lights, and indicators than you can have a decent unmarked police vehicle. If you want lightbars, you have to edit that admiral which is beyond my knowledge. open spark/open iv -->export vehicle (texture optional)-->place in a police slot--> for further work on new cop car youtube it ;)

Honestly, I think I have the most low end computer that is running windows 8.1. First and for most, it is a notebook pc (laptop mini), and half the hard drive was infected and wiped out. However, im still able to run gta iv w/ 24-26/202 mb. And trust me, it is a lagging queen. But since it is a laptop and all, i just stop charging it, and it runs smoothly. Not talking about specs, if my laptop is capable of running gta iv w/ lcpdfr and other scripts at the lowest possible settings, it is most likely yours can to. ;) Still fun though

This is just like my county, i have not even seen a CV sheriif cruiser period, and my city just got rid of the majority of there vics for FT....... -_- why? CVs are so classic, well at least GSP still believes in them.

At first, ELS 8 worked fine w/o any problem once so ever. Recently my game would crash every time. So i uninstall the entire game (after deleting everything in the file). Then took it back to the basic needs. I just downloaded lcpdfr and els 8. I had to leave for a while so i turned off the PC (after i tested it and it worked just fine). I come back load up gta iv and when it say "loading- cousin bellic" or "starting new game" it would freeze there. So out of the mods before this i narrowed it down to either lcpdfr or els. Then i figure out it is els 8. So i decided just to go to els 7......same problem. I looked through the forums googled even youtubed it for crying out loud. No real help. And one of the forums said something about deleting the ability for the ai on SP and MP from using els. Same issue. And another saying just don't add the asi file. So i did that and i was able to get into the actual game. However, lcpdfr would encounter it error and on top of that when i went to the els enabled car it still did not work. Can someone please help! And also if the els thing does not work can someone tell if there is a way to make non-els cars work to the point where you can turn on the lights but not the sirens! Like a downgrade of els. Thanks

Okay, I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but just on case. Does LCPDFR work on TBOGT? And if so is the police3 file a unit that the ai can drive in by default (as well as the police motorcycle, and that purple cadi. police car)? thanks

Is there a way to have the ai police officers patrol in the polpatriot,fbi,noose, etc. vehicles? if so can ya tell me or put up a link?
