  1. Looks pretty good by the screenshots. Have you tried making a video of it? I'd like to see a video of the ELS lights in Day/night since taking a picture of ELS only captures half of the lights on.
  2. 23 years old and you're a leader of a DEA unit...man, I must be able to get to the rank of Police Commissioner within 2 years of joining the force when I do....I'm looking forward to that position ;) Alright, I'm done derailing this thread as it's already being derailed by me.
  3. You don't have to mess with the vehicles.img folder..if you have Spark you can add the cars like that instead of going into the folder.
  4. Started out by responding to a Shots fired call...ended up being shot at by aliens O.o Lost around 10 officers after spamming the back-up key :)
  5. According to a Google search, no such department/unit exists...the DEA itself exists, not the 'Fast Response Unit in Kansas' though...Sorry if I'm sounding rude.
  6. I don't know how to solve the part with every pursuit, sorry.
  7. When it happens, try ` or ~ they're the same thing...type in "reloadscripts" without quotes. I think it might end the pursuit though...I haven't tried reloading scripts whilst in a pursuit.
  8. Here's one: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/misc-mods/3009 It doesn't say MPH or KMH..it's more than likely MPH, though.
  9. LOL, is Dish Network your TV provider? Because they're losing AMC...they're my TV provider as of right now. I'm going to be very disappointed when they remove it. Also, what's the website hub?
  10. He said he had problems with car mods, not the game crashing...just saying, LOL.
  11. You need patch 1.0.7.0. But, you should already have that since Steam usually has all the updates for a game available included in the download. If you're using ELS enabled cars, you need to download ELS. Which can be found here ==>http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=196
  12. I too, would like a link to it.
  13. What country/state?
  14. Usually a car that you downloaded that requires a custom handling line usually has the line in a text document somewhere in the file.
  15. With the .dat files I have it so you can read them...I then create a new text file and copy & paste the WHOLE thing from the original file into the newly created one and edit it & etc...that's how I personally do it. I don't edit my .ide files.
  16. I make sure that when I edit something, I ALWAYS have the original file saved so if I mess up I can look at the file to make sure everything's in place.
  17. Is anyone here a Walking Dead fan? I recently got into...and I'm in love with it!
  18. ^^ How original....it MIGHT be the Dashcam mod, which can be found here: He could be using the trainer to show his speed as well....IDK since I haven't seen the video, so I'm looking for a needle in a haystack.
  19. It shouldn't crash the game. I edit the handling.dat file all the time and don't get any crashes..(I did once though because I added an extra space.)
  20. The file may be corrupted...there's a number of reasons this could happen.
  21. Go to the Civil building.(The building in Algonquin loaded with armed police officers near the bridge. It has a heli pad.) Try shooting every thing there. It works for me when I run through the streets...I don't have any vehicle mods installed though.
  22. Amazing....
