Using OpenIV go to 'update' --> 'update.rpf' --> 'common' --> 'data' and you'll find a file called 'dispatch.meta'. You can extract with openIV and then edit in Notepad or Notepad+ if you have that. In order to remove it from LSPD circulation, place it with the zone restricted country side, this will change it from being a LSPD dispatch to a countryside dispatch. I've included a dispatch.meta with what you've asked, but keep what I said in mind if want to edit this file in the future. :3 dispatch.meta

A work in progress of sorts. Picture contains the police interceptor retextured (and as a separate model) and a retextured LSPD cop (separate model + new faces). Nothing spectacular, but I got the spawning to work as well (only spawns in Paleto Bay). The car and cop take inspiration from the Morro Bay Police Department, of which Paleto Bay is based upon.

Seeing as Paleto Bay has it's own fire department and clinic, in my mind it would make sense they would also have police department, as small as Paleto Bay may be. The livery is based upon the Morro Bay police department's; upon which Paleto Bay takes inspiration from. -

Absolutely love it. All that I'd ask for is for you to expand the texture file so we map the entire truck (if that's possible, I've included an example of what I mean). Nonetheless your Bison is good :3- 9 comments
