alright ill try it, but does rockstar games social club affect game play at all

the game wont open theres no error messages it just wont launch!! i didnt download lcpdfr yet cuz i wanna make sure the game will work

ok so gta 4 installed to my computer and stuff but it wont launch ive done the compatibility and all that but wont open, does rockstar games social club have anything to do with that because for some reason it is not on my computer even tho it says theres a problem with it but its not on here anywhere.

I just want to play this one game.I dnt do any other gaming on it I've never played anything on it

Hard drive, 500gb 5400rpm data, idk how to install cars at all Lol

k so my first question is i have an HP i paid like 900$ for it its windows 7 and why cant i play gta 4 on it?? Second, once I get it working how hard is it to install lcpdfr? Third, is it hard to install else and sirens? Lastly, is it hard to install vehicles that are on this website from other users? I wanna play.this so bad it looks awesome.so please help me
