  1. Looks good man, im from Seattle and would appreciate a good SPD mod. But I think the color is off. Here's a picture of how they look in Seattle.
  2. Same problem, Alt+T and T dont pull out the taser. They do make his right arm fall asleep though lol.
  3. Thanks for the help guys, turns out I found an ENB mod that does give me the glow I want. It's called game4video. Anyways thanks for the help,
  4. Yeah but even when not using an ENB the lights are definitely not supposed to look like mine. The rotators are just textures pasted on.
  5. Hey guys, I have a problem with my ELS v8. The emergency lights on downloaded vehicles don't have any glow or bloom to them. I believe the issue has something to do with the visualsettings.dat file. It is a fresh install of GTA IV 10.0.7.0 with only ELS v8 and Simple Native Trainer 6.5 running (no ENB or other graphics mod). I had the same issue with all kinds of ENBs. I use OpenIV to import my cars. This happens on all the vehicles i've tried so far, but headlights and brakelights are unaffected. Here is some pictures to help describe the problem. 6. I have the same exact issue, been searching for a long time. The fix above does make the lights "brighter" but it just enlarges it instead of adding actual glow. There must be some other option you have to tweak.
