I believe the original point in releasing unlocked models was to: learn the inner workings of how to set up a vehicle and progressively learn how to create your own meshes. This has backfired and caused people to be lazy and get praise for minimal work and lead to the creation of ELS mappers. FHP gets calls for crashes all the time on non SR roads in troop F. In fact, I have had troopers provide back up to me and other Deputies while en route to calls for service, which has nothing to do with their normal duties.
