The zmodeler free version is useless if you want to actually put cars in game because you can't export them. Any kind of vehicle modding, your gonna need to eventually have a full version of Zmodeler 2. Peds and maps, your gonna need 3d Studio Max.

I know Sam, thats why I have a great deal of respect for you. You stood up for me and I appretiate that. I was banned from GPM because I humorously released a K9 vehicle. As far as old mods go, I don't want to upload old mods because a lot of them need to be updated. I will go back and update them with new light bars and close their mod status. Actually, I didn't have a lot of "beef" with a lot of people, only certain users from GPM. I have received many messages over youtube telling me that my mods are the best, but I have never claimed that they were. I have even received many people wanting to pay me. The glass uses the texture "clear.png", you can modify that and make it darker.

Do you even know what polys are or means? I am pretty sure the ELS crashes are due to scripts, not "high poly ELS lights".

There is a LCPD skin already included. As far as LCPD verison, you could use Lt. Cains ESU as it uses one of the default vehicles. Thanks to all for the warm welcome.
