I haven't changed the tail lights. That's just the reflection due to my enb. I also started this, default model with CVPI lights. It's going to be based on the GTA V livery shown in the trailer.

Keep in mind that not all the lights were capture in the photo.

I thought about this, but I don't think there really is a demand for it.

The problem I think is that the hazards are different from the indicators. That would not be possible as GTA IV has the indicators and hazards set up the same. You buy the model, you will find somebody to convert it.

If your bored with the models that are currently available you can: learn to model yourself or buy the model you wish and ask somebody to convert it for you(or convert it yourself).
