Three different ways. I use Hue/Saturation.

1. Make sure your materials are set up correctly, including user-defined options. 2. Attach your light bar and all other objects to either your chassis, bodyshell, or wings.

Are you L.E.(you can p.m. if you want)? CVPI's have the same engine as a Ford Mustang, but you aren't taking in to the factor how much they weigh(they are boats), which slows them down. In my academy class ages ago, we had people that could barely operate a vehicle during EVOC and still passed the driving portion(lookout Florida residents). Our instructors wouldn't even allow us to exceed 35 mph until the last day where we did chases that probably reached 60 mph tops. 2012 Dodge Caravan 0-60 mph in 7.9 seconds. 2011 Ford Crown Victoria 0-60 mph in 8.5 seconds. Many cars on the road could potentially get away from a CVPI. The radios and other units usually balance it out.
