Anyone else seeing this behaviour?
Look at this video (time should automatically set but if not go to like 9:12 ): He is responding to a car spawned by a callout. I have seen this behavior occasionally when using the VehicleDriving flags (or whatever they were renamed to for the third time - can't remember off the top of my head), the specific one is probably FollowTraffic. Does anyone know if this is a bug with the flags or intended functionality? I would assume the default game function would not consider parked cars part of traffic. Maybe there is another VehicleDrivingFlag that needs to be utilized as well that I have not paid attention to ? EDIT: I just realized the stopped vehicle is not the one that was spawned by the callout :^) Leaving this thread up anyway because it sort of shows what I mean (in this case traffic should have stopped)

That's strange... the drug deal callout does not spawn local patrols so that means something else might be interfering. Do you have any of Albo1125's plugins installed? I noticed that the prisoner transport manager has some infinite loop bugs (I only noticed it when you go off duty though). What other plugins do you have installed? I'm going to assume you pressed Y to start surveillance.

Also, to anyone interested: The way the spawning works in Potential drug deal is it picks a random spawn point for the callout that is close to you. If it cannot find one then it uses the old system to give you an entirely random spawn point. If you are interested in adding spawn points to the callout you can do it yourself without too much technical knowledge. Updated info on that is in the OP under "Current features"

Additionally, when I get time I am going to extend the plugin @LtFlash made to be a combination of his XML Tools and automatically have the blip. I am going to modify it to be a tool for users to create custom spawn locations for callouts that are not made by them. I will add a console command to load XML files (and add blips on the map to show all the locations it contains). The end goal is a simple way for users to view & create XML spawn locations. I don't know how it was originally intended to be loaded in Tools/Serialization, but if I am reading the source code right it looks like it was supposed to only have single static XML files. My plan is to have directories (rather than dedicated files) for each group of spawns. This allows users to just drop additional XML files into the directory without editing or worrying about their custom spawns being overwritten. I obviously didn't make the majority of the code in it so I will not upload it as a file in the Scripts & Plugins section, I'll probably just link it here and direct users to a permalinked post that way I don't steal credit from LtFlash. Great work by the way! @LtFlash What are everyone's thought on this? Especially you @LtFlash, this is mainly your work so don't hesitate if you rather that I not do this.

Spawn Locations
Hey, so I'm currently using these as spawns for my drug deals. The heading is accurate for placing peds on many of them. I made the locations with the idea of spawning a single Ped so vehicles might be iffy to spawn (but it should be ok to tell them to drive there). FederalCallouts.Drugs.xml You can rename the file to whatever I just uploaded straight from my directory.

Sorry for the delay but I decided to wait to update Federal Callouts until LSPDFR 0.3 came out. I am putting the finishing touches on the update right now. It will currently come with 1 new callout but I am almost done with 2 additional callouts.

Yeah my accounts are fine, EA didn't allow the access and I'm not really sure how they changed my R* password. Nonetheless nothing was lost except some time. R* also wouldn't tell me any info about the breach so I have no idea if it is the same person or not. RIP, not really sure what happened there but I changed all my passwords and now they are all secure and different. On top of that GTA V kept crashing because of dsound.dll and I embarrassingly couldn't figure that out for a couple of days... my dad is visiting Sunday but I want to get this update out by next Wed

RPH was also having issues detective his game version (not sure if he fixed that): [10/24/2015 1:32:03 PM.082] Unknown game version, there might be issues. Please report your game edition, place of purchase, and region at http://forums.ragepluginhook.net Do you have modded armored car guard pedestrians? Those are the only one that are spawned by model name (not hash but RPH converts it). Also, does it happen every time or did it only happen this once?
