Is it a Laptop or a PC?. I think your graphic cards doesn't support GTA Iv so well. Imagine the game is Poorly Optimized and not even High-End PCs can run it fine, maybe the graphics is incompatible but not "fully" incompatible, I mean, it can run it, but no so well. Did you try to take a screenshot from a Camera instead of maybe an internal Screen Capture ( Like FRAPS ).

Did you replace PedVariations.ide included in the RAR? That .ide sets every clothes of Peds and Stuff. That file "says" to the game to recognize additional "parts" for the Peds.

It's an issue of the Truck/Game itself, as it appears that it doesn't recognize multiple liveries on the Stockades {even with +livery}. You can simply use only 1 skin or install it replacing one with your skin with the Pstockade and the other for the Nstockade, So far I haven't found a solution.

Do you use SNT ( Simple Native Trainer ) ?. If you use it try to change liveries in-game with it, if it doesn't work, then you can enable Livery Change on the trainer.ini: VehicleLivery=1 to VehicleLivery=0 And try again. If not, then it's an issue of the model itself or the skin naming. EDIT: I Tested it in-game and there's a problem with the Truck/Game itself, even if you add +livery, it won't change it in-game. You'll need to replace it with a different truck to make it work :/

Now the Lighting on the Vapid is well done, specially the LED on the Grille, not sure about the Halogen-ish Coronas.

1- Check that you have C++ Scripthook 0.4.0 or superior. 2- SirenTool.asi, SirenTool.ini, msvcr100.dll and msvcr100d.dll must be in your GTA Iv Main Folder. 3- If you want to remap the keys, a list is on the SirenTool.ini 4- This script only works with Ambulance, Firetruck, Police, Police2, Police3, Police4, PoliceB, Nstockade, Pstockade, FIB Buffalo. 5- If what I said above is all correct, does the script crash or doesn't activate?.

Did you tried searching on Bxbugs123 Vehicle Models over GTApolicemods?. I think the bxbugs123 sign on the dashboard gives a hint.

Give more information like for example Where you downloaded it, if it's Steam or GFWL (Games For Windows Live), etc. EDIT: This topic is on the wrong section also.

If I Recall Correctly, it was removed a few versions earlier because of the crashes.I can be wrong.

Have been testing it and like drdetroit said, 0 crashes. One minor issue I see is that on the Callout of a Person with a Weapon it appears (for example): SniperRifle_Basic Hematite St Other than that, it's great.

It's a Code 3 Excalibur with edited colors. The car is made by Lt.Caine and can be found at GPM.

As I said, I can be wrong. I don't know much about Windows 8 and its Compatibility with games.

I think Windows 8 may be the problem, I never tested it so I don't know if It takes more RAM than Se7en. I can be wrong. I don't know too much about CPUs so I can't tell if the one you got is good or bad.

In ELS.ini there is a list of Cars ( Ambulance, Firetruck, etc ), You'll see something like this: Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 0 Color_Light2L = 0 Color_Light3R = 0 Color_Light4R = 0 Color_Light7L = 3 Color_Light8C = 3 Color_Light9R = 3 Offst_SLights = 3 Let's say you replaced the FIB Buffalo, make sure that Active is set to 1, the Color_Lights can be set to your likes according to the Car lights. Also, make sure ELS.asi and ELS.ini is in your root folder ( GTA Iv ). ( Personally I'd recommend to use ELS v5, v6 is really buggy ).

Just for curiosity, what are your PC Specs?. And did you check that ELS.asi & ELS.ini is on the root folder of GTA Iv?. And make sure the car you use is enabled on ELS.ini .

Maybe depends of the zone. Not every zones paramedics can go with the Ambulance.

I think the author made the skin himself.
