Yes, in OpenIV go into mods-->update.  Delete the update.rpf folder within.
 
Next, go back to the main directory in OpenIV and go into your vanilla update folder.  Right click the update.rpf and it should  say "copy to mods folder".  You can also just click "edit mode" while in the vanilla update folder and it should prompt you to create this path in the mods folder. :)

In the ragehook console (F4) you can teleport to a waypoint. Make a marker on the map and type "teleporttowaypoint".

2016 Ghost Charger - also a whopping 0% but it'll be a quick car.
At this point, there is absolutely no way to do it like them without manual pattern changes through ELS, and we've stopped that in most troops anyways it seems, now we're just using a mix of mostly blue or mostly red dual coloring, it doesn't seem to be on a time cycle any longer. At this point, my vehicles are somewhat accurate to this in flash patterns, but they are not dual mapped.
 
 
I plan on releasing individual packs at this point rather than a huge pack so I can release what I believe is ready to be released and eliminate the wait.
 
 
To be honest, as nice as the cars may seem I am still not entirely pleased with the outcome of some of them, which is why they still haven't been released.

My vehicles will all come with accurate liveries and lighting equipment, interior equipment, etc.

Still very hype for this pack. That STEALTH charger is going to be amazing!

I patrol.....Everything fine...I go to bed...Wake up....Made some oatmeal,with eggs with shredded cheese on top with a glass of milk to wash it down and I fired up LSPDFR to find it crashed....Whatever...Ill restart.....And does it again......Long story short....Here is what I have done past few days..

-Reinstalled GTA
-Updated everything I could think of...
-Tried to 'repair' it with the install disk..
-Reinstalled FR
-Updated C++ and Direct X...
I am sure I did alot more...But, none come to mind....


I am not sure what else to do...Any help would be great lmao..

First video in single player quality bad cause fraps settings were off gta as well. What do you think for first video? 

I dunno if any of you have seen that guy's channel, but it's pretty cool/funny. They do feature some brief demos of exotics and super cars, and also have some Top Gear style challenges every now and then, and I thought this was an interesting one. The ending is pretty funny. You have to watch the whole 5 minute clip to get it in full context, though.

I HATE the idea that people think marijuana is "okay" and "good". People don't seem to understand that it IS ILEGALE. I hate what is happening in CO and WA...how they are saying it is "legal" even though the federal govnerment say's it is ILEAGAL. The last thing I need is to come to school every day and deal with "high" kids. I peronally think marijuana should stay ilegal to EVERYONE. Call it what you want but it is still a drug....and drugs are bad.  

I think it would be pretty cool if there can be more options that come up when you access your police computer such as a random generated listing of active calls or other options that you would find in a real computer maybe a report writing tool where you enter the name and a quick brief summary of what you did or something else you know. I'm not saying going all out and making stuff thats impossible but at least more options would be fun!

No, no one has to replicate LCPDFR they could just make a script like Bravehearts FDLC or policing scrpit and you can just keep LCPDFR and push F7 for busy. But if y'all from LCPDFR would like to make it that would be awsome!!!!

I would really want a LCPDFR coffee mug :D Not addicted to LCPDFR and Coffee at all....
