    This happens to me sometimes and I do not use any Albo plugins. The way I fix it is by grabbing the suspect with CTRL + T (I think this is Stop The Ped) and letting go of them. This will allow me to move again.

    You need to hold down the "E" key and a bar on the bottom right will fill up.

    Looks like it's something to do with "Better EMS". Something in your game is trying to load it and failing.

    In my experience, this plugin causes a larger hit to performance than most other callout plugins.

    Some police cars have different liveries. In vanilla, these just change the number on top but I've seen packs that change much more depending on what livery you pick. Try googling and searching how to work with police car liveries you might figure something out.

    Might be you don't have .NET Framework 4.6 or higher?

    Something went wrong with your LSPDFR installation because you are missing EasyHook. These files should be installed with LSPDFR and can be found in the manual installation zip archive. (EasyHook.dll, EasyHook64.dll, EasyLoad64.dll)
