I downloaded this mod:

Than extracted the ELS one, opened Open IV got into: GTA V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf replaced the 3 police3 files with the 3 downloaded police 3 files, started the game spawned the Police3 car, the default one showed up, closed the game, opened Open IV again, got into GTA V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf opened the police3.ytf the modded one showed up, than I got into GTA V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf replaced the 3 police3 files with the 3 downloaded police 3 files, started the game spawned the Police3 car, the default one showed up, checked it again at GTA V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf and the modded car showed up when i opened police3.ytf so if i changed the files both in the main and in the mods folder why don't I see the downloaded car?
