I was browsing the LCPDFR forums today, and someone was rambaling on about conspiracies. So, now we come to this question. Please keep it civil and no flaming and trolling, and please try to support evidence of every claim (or at the very least use common sense)

I came here to check out the cool police cruiser mods, LCPDFR itself, also because people here have an apreciation for older cars from the 70s-early 2000s, and because I was banned from GTA forums (due to copy right disputes)

I wasn't talking about LCPDFR, I was talking about ELS. LCPDFR is perfectly fine the way it is right now

Hmmm, odd, if the mod causes so many crashes, then why is the mod so popular, It dosent make any scense? hopefully this wont be an issue in GTA V, because Rockstar improved the lighting system on police and emergency vehicles

My question is what are the specs required to use all vehicles as els, because I see alot of people can use it on all police vehicles with no issues

no, not when its low FPS, just when I use ELS V8 Well that kinda ruins ELS dont your think?

The thing is, is that when I use ELS V8, after 10 min of playing, the game crashes, and I want to know why?

I want to know what are the proper specs to run ELS V8 with no issues so I can know if I need to do some tweaking to me pc, or to get a new one.

The only reason im asking this is because my computer cant support ELS, don't get me wrong, ELS is a great mod, but my computer simply cant run it. Any one know how to make an ELS car non ELS?

"DISCLAIMER" THIS IS A MOD IDEA ONLY AND IF I PUT THIS POST IN THE WRONG SECTION PLEASE TELL ME. Its a car pack idea that has been bugging more for over 2 years now, basicly its a full car pack that brings GTA IV back to 2001 (When GTA III took place). It was inspired by RealNewYork's 1988 car pack. Anyone got any good suggestions?
