  1. true world peace is impossible, no matter what happens
  2. It would, but it would add a lot to the experince
  3. I was talking about his list of cars on the first page
  4. looks nice, but I dont think the NYPD used 1974 Doge Monacos in most of the 1980s
  5. right now, im only Using ELS on the Noose Cruisers, Police Stockades, ambulance, Fire truck, FIB cruiser and the airport taxis, and so far, the mod is working great for me! Just not using it on Police 1 and 2.
  6. no not really, I would have been a symbol of how America can get itself back up, and correct me if I'm wrong, but building 2 buildings would have been cheaper than building 4. Im not trying to disrespect anyone, I just feel they should have just rebuilt the original world trade center. And the New one isn't that bad, and it looks a little bit like the old one from a distance, now that I think about it.
  7. Use the 80s Chevy Impala, Caprice, and Ford LTD, and use the NYPD chevy step van for Noose Enforcer. Also there used to be a GTA IV 1980s car pack, but because of copy right issues, it was removed and now its just a list for GTA IV 80s car mods. Yeah, unless you have permission from all modders, you cant make a car pack using other peoples models. That's why I was banned from GTA forums because of my 2001 car pack
  8. Don't look at me, I wanted to see the original world trade center be rebuilt which would have been cheaper, and quicker, than constucing 4 buildings that the city didn't need
  9. yeah, that is what I was trying to say the whole time
  10. the Idea is to then rebuild it like it was originally, but bigger. Feel free to disagree.
  11. Although I guess your right, you don't see anyone rebuilding the pyramids of Giza
  12. there are several plans for building new sky scrapers in New York, several of which surpass the height of the Empire State Building
  13. touching, but the problem is that in the future, I fear that people wont give it the appreciation it deserves due to it being overshadowed by super scrapers that I believe will one day infest they city yes I am aware of that possibility
  14. You relaize that the new one World Trade Center could be easily just as attacked
  15. what if they kept the original design and everything, but they just made it bigger
  16. The Empire State Building is the most famous sky scrapper in the world, but now in the 21st century, it is quickly being surpassed by many skyscrapers in America, and around the world, and one day, It will no longer be a magnificent piece of the New York Skyline. So, should someone tear it down, or rebuild a new one next to the old one, a new Empire State building that is bigger and better than the orginal? So it can keep up with the growing city skyline in America and across the world?
  17. Ford Crown Victoria for one, it has been used by the NYPD since 1998. Then it would be the Chevy Impala, then into the newer cars, like the new ford explorers
  18. As long as it is regulated, and they prostitutes are fully consent to the task, and are paid fairly and checked for STDs, then yes, it should be legal
  19. Ok, so, initially, the FBI reported that most of the phone calls made on the 9/11 flights where made from cellphones at an altitude of 25,000 - 45,000 ft, then in 2006 they reported that 35 phone calls where made from and air phone and 2 where made from a cell phone from an altitude from 5,000 ft (at this altitude it would still be unlikely to get phone call through, but not impossible). However there are some inconsistencies with this report, such as the people receiving the calls claimed to have shown the caller id number when the phone rang, not an american or united airlines id, the FBI claims that they could have made a mistake in a state of panic, but it seems unlikely that so many people would make the same mistake. Second, flight 77 was reportedly "not fitted with air phones" (american airlines claimed that Boeing 767s and 777s where fitted with air phones, but not the 757 of flight 77), Tim Wagner stated that "American Airlines 757s do not have o nboard phones for passenger use." and Chad W. Kinder (Customer relations for American Airlines) stated " we do not have phones on our Boeing 757. The passengers on flight 77 used their own personal cellular phones to make out calls during the terrorist attack.”88" and Boeing 757 maintenance manual dated January 28th 2001 stated “The passenger telephone system was deactivated by ECO [Engineering Change Order] FO878.” So there you have it yeah, but would have been extremly unlikely that a bunch of Jihads could smuggle explosives into one of Americans most beloved landmarks with out getting caught. Its not like the 1993 bombing, where it was just a van full of explosives. Here your talking about tons and tons of explosive material, that have to smuggled into the US, and imagine how much that would all cost.
  20. Im not sure it was shot down, but I do no that only very small fragments of an airplane where found at the crash site. Plane crashes similar to flight 93, did not bear the same type of wreckage.
