    The only problem I see is the side of the FPIS says "Department Of Police" it is supposed to say "Division Of Police"

    This is a great start there are some pointers I have though Make sure you rotate it according to the template because as you can see it is crooked Use paint .net makes everything much easier BUT we all have our opinions/preferences.Practice makes perfect!
