IMPORTANT: ALL CREDIT GOES TO JUSTJOZUA, FOOTBALLMATT, GAMBLE812 AND POLICEBIKE36 FOR THEIR QUALITY RETEXTURES, I HAVE JUST PUT THEM ALL IN THE SAME PLACE. "BLACKED OUT" is THE definitive Stealth Police Pack Takes all law enforcement units (excluding the police bike and police transport (@PoliceBike36 is working on it)) and changes the primary livery colour to black, for that clean, natural looking feel, that will never look too bright.

  4. yeah, I have noticed this issue as well I can see why you'd do this but I feel it makes it too easy. I wish there was a halfway thing, because the fast running option in the trainer is too fast, but normal just gets frustrating.
AMAZING! -- easy install -- no performance hit -- looks beautiful! 10/10 great job!

  5. this looks bloody amazing! will go well with the sheriff textures from GAMBLE812 (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7990-black-sheriff-textures/) Thanks!
    Great mod! works perfectly. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INSTALLATION IF YOU ARE UNABLE, AS I WAS, TO FIND update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> patchday2ng >> levels >> gta5 >> vehicles.rpf GO TO update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> patchday2ng >> dlc.rpf >> x64 >> levels >>gta5 >> vehicles.rpf other than that, thanks so much for this. 5 stars
  6. having an installation issue. the path "update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> patchday2ng >> levels >> gta5 >> vehicles.rpf" doesn't exist update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> patchday2ng looks like this: EDIT I THINK I FOUND IT: Grand Theft Auto V >> update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> patchday2ng >> dlc.rpf >> x64 >> levels >>gta5 >> vehicles.rpf sound right? EDIT AGAIN it works!
  7. p.s: how the hell do you do the double quote thing? where you quote two bits from the same comment separately? (sorry, I'm new)
  8. oh great! White would be nice, very plain. much like the unmarked cruisers the sheriffs sometimes drive. That or something really not policey, like orange, or bright pink :p Thanks in advance!
  9. mhm, I noticed . and yeah, agreed about the whole gang member/chance thing.
  10. yes, except the player car, I'm not quite sure why I didn't think about how annoying that could get. It would all be down to the suspect personality and data files. it's all integrated with the police computer and whether they're armed or just an old lady etc. but to both you guys, thanks for the quick commenting! I really didn't think this would be seen
  11. Sorry I don't have any pics, but I can't find any decent unmarked cars anywhere. so if you could do an unmarked one that'd be awesome! I know it might be quite hard because of all the differences to a normal cruiser (lack of lightbar, possibly no bullbar etc.) Thanks in advance!
  12. Firstly: I have noticed that a lot of the time when I'm in a vehicle pursuit and the suspect's car is either stopped by the pursuing officers or crashes, the suspect leaves the vehicle and flees on foot, ignoring the many empty police cars and parked cars around them. I think it would be awesome if instead of just fleeing on foot, some of the time the suspect(s) attempt to steal or hijack the cars around them, perhaps even splitting up, with one running on foot and the other attempting to steal a cruiser. And secondly, these are just general improvements: Things like if a criminal has a gun and is in close range, they try to melee you with it; and if a suspect in a vehicle is going to flee from a traffic stop, they try to run the officer down. just small things would really add to the experience. What do you guys think? How viable in terms of coding/gameplay etc. would this be? Thanks!
