Uh, I really don't know what to put here, but a bit of history of the PSP, The Pennsylvania State Police is the state police agency of Pennsylvania, responsible for statewide law enforcement. The Pennsylvania State Police was founded in 1905 by order of Governor Samuel Pennypacker, by signing Senate Bill 278 on May 2, 1905. I just noticed this is the first time I made something other than a regular police pack.  IRL All Ford Crown Victoria's in the Pennsylvania State Police have been retired, The vic is only here for nostalgia.

Darby is a Borough in Delaware County, Pennsylvania along Darby Creek 5 miles southwest of downtown Philadelphia.  Darby was settled about 1654  and inhabited by Quakers early in the colonial era.  Incorporated on March 3, 1852, it had 3,429 residents in 1900, 6,305 in 1910, 10,334 in 1940, and 10,687 at the 2010 Census.
The name Darby is derived from the English city of Derby (pronounced “Darby”), the county town of Derbyshire (pronounced “Darbyshire”), the origin of many early settlers.

8/6/18 New update, yay, Now move along, Nothing to see here except my wife left me & took the kids.
 
So...After about 11 months of working on this pack(and being lazy), I present to you the Philadelphia Police Pack for GTA V. The pack has a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, 2012 Chevrolet Impala, 2011 - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe & a 2013+ Ford Interceptor Sedan. I tried to make it as accurate as I can. Some vehicles don't have Police radios in them since PPD is removing the Police radios in them, but there is a mic on the console for the PA. The Ford Utility may come later. If you enjoy my Philadelphia Police Pack for IV, Then you may enjoy this one. BTW all skins are 2K to spare texture loss . This Pack is a work in progress So this is not a finish pack & may never will be.

I didn't know when he would put the skins back up, so that's why I waited.

- Lightbar Glass don't break
- Windows don't break on CVPI or 2015 Tahoe

Here's another model I had sitting around on my PC since December that I said it was gonna be released in January, but I just remember it when I saw YoAdrian use it in a video. You can change the seating from a K-9 unit to a normal unmarked unit. Enjoy!
