  1. @TCraftThank you! And you can bet *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge* there's a CHP-like SAHP coming, as well as something for BCSO, and other agencies. Stay Tuned!
  2. Let me check the code and I'll get back with you. I may have mistakenly hard coded it to MPH. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
  3. Possibly. I assume you're speaking of one that Elmo did? Either way, I'm willing to add a few more cars to the mix 🙂

**FINAL VERSION** (I currently don't have time to update this, but all of the images are correct. I will continue to provide support, but won't be updating this anytime soon) This is a LAPD-like texture pack for TickleMyElmo's LSPD pack found here: @TickleMyElmo https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/22651-els-lspd-pack/ A bit of information. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- I only did 2 LSPD bike skins, so that the same bike could be used for other agencies, if you wish. Simply put the other skins in as harley_skin_# where # is 3 or higher. Also, I haven't figured out how to put more than one skin on the RAM as of yet. But I'm working on it. And finally, the instructions. Instructions: -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Using OpenIV, edit the *.ytd files for each vehilce (some will have 2, a plain one and one with a +hi). Make sure to put the skins inside of them both if more than one, otherwise you'll have texture flipping. Also, tahoe can't do more than 2 skins in the basic file because the textures will make it go above a 20,000MB size. It's a GTA file limitation. Lastly, enjoy! Notable: -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- -It has been reported on some vehicles, if you put more than 6 liveries on them, they won't spawn. -Also, if the vehicle has to *.ytd files, be sure to place the liveries in both files so you don't have texture flipping. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Credits: -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- LAPD (for the iconic black and whites we all know and love/hate) TickleMyElmo for the LSPD pack to use Jesus for saving me and God for creating me. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Footnotes -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- A lot of these skins will work on other vehicles, as the bases are put out by folks like BxBugs123 TheHurk and many more. These bases are used by many a vehicle developer to which they add their own flair. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Legal Stuff -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- I based my work on the LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department) Livery(skin). However, getting it to work on each template is of my own doing. As such, please don't modify the textures and/or redistribute them without crediting me. That'd be wrong and a real dick move. Honestly. No one likes a plagerist. I put a lot of work into these and there are mistakes. So this is a work-in-progess and may change from time to time as I tweak stuff. But the underlying work is mine and mine alone. Thank you for downloading this texture pack.
  4. Absolutely. I have been looking at another way to offer options like positioning, and fonts. The way I'm implementing it now it uses the in game subtitles, and of course, they are dead center. But a new update is pending and I value everyone's input 🙂 When the update happens, is anyone's guess with my work schedule and such, but I hope to have a new offering before Christmas (hopefully). What I am working towards is a similar layout and function to the CarHUD you find on many FiveM servers (like this one):
  5. It's ok man. I've done the post before you read thing before too. 🙂 Just glad you caught it. BTW, it's still being worked on like that. But it's always on the back burner because of so much other stuff. Real life and all. 😄

**UPDATE** I've recently revisited this popular overlay! I've edited the font, as well as some of the underlying code to streamline it. You can find the updated code on the github link below. Thanks for all the love and support! --- This is my Xion(pronounced [ˈzīən]; similar to the Mountain in Israel with the name Zion) Chase-Cam. This is intended to be used with your streaming/recording software as an overlay. Simply put, it's an html file with some JavaScript and some HTML that plays a timer in the upper right corner of your stream/video. It doesn't beep or anything. It's just a visual. To change the icon, you can simply encode it in Base64 and copy/paste it into the document. I'll let you figure out how. To configure it, there's a readme. But basically, you put in the information you want on it. Me, I used my agency name, first initial, last name, and callsign (Since I used this for my FiveM streams). But this could easily be used for LSPDFR as well. It's open source, you are welcome to fork it on github and make your own creations from it. github link: https://github.com/zhivotnoya/XION-ChaseCam I haven't updated it in a bit, but was planning on offering a recurring beep into the code. Everything is in one file (the html file) for ease of editing and just putting it somewhere on your computer to reference it in your streaming software Installation: It's quite simple. Extract the file. Edit the file to change your information (using the included readme to reference what to look for). Store the file in a safe place. Link your streaming/recording software to it as a "Browser Source". And lastly, enjoy!
Awesome car and it handles just like the lead sled it is! Had a lot of fun running around Los Santos with it. Even have a screenshot or two of it in action... Overall a great car, and I do like the option to use different light bars. Thank you for this great piece of American Police history!
  6. This is a great immersion tool. Something that I thought of, that would be cool as well, is if it had a mechanism to save to a video file all the time, or stream as a cam source somehow. This way you could continue to play as you normally do, but it would 'save a record' of your traffic stop?
  7. That feature is planned and currently being worked on.
  8. I appreciate those links! I'll play around with it this weekend, and see what I can do! 🙂
  9. I'll see what I can do. Right now, it's using the game's built-in subtitle system. So that defaults to the bottom center. But I'll definitely see what I can do 🙂
  10. Thanks! Glad you managed to sort out the issue. However, if you or anyone has any issues, please feel free to DM me the logs (or post them here) so I can sort the issues out quickly. No one likes broken plugins 🙂
  11. I'm not going to lie. From the screenshots, those liveries are on point! I can't wait to try them out in game.
  12. While I can appreciate this point of view, I after all, do the plugins for me. I share them with others to provide options, instead of the same old plugins that everyone uses. Maybe you prejudge what I may or may not offer? So my best advice, is right now, just sit back and enjoy the show! 😄 There already exists a plugin that shows you the posted limit for a street, and I may use it as an integration into some of my other works. 🙂
  13. No. You can change it to KPH or kph in the CarHUD.ini file. Will do. I'll check for that. Thanks for the heads up!
  14. Be nice. 🙂 But yeah. It does a speedo that's not flashy @Henryy 🙂 I actually do have the plan to do something like that so thanks for the suggestion! I know there's a mod out there right now that sorta does the same thing as PLD and also puts up the speed limit. But I was planning on do an integrated speed/police alpr/police radar along the bottom of the screen. Kind of a multi-purpose info bar if you will 😄 If someone would like to do a showcase video, or animated gif, you are more than welcome and I'll add it to the description! 😄

First of all, thanks for checking it out! 😄 **Note** At this time, I've tried many times to update it, even to the point of trying to compile a kph version and bundle it with an mph version as well. But with RPH being very difficult to download (site always seems to be down and therefore I can't get latest SDK), I'm going to abandon this project. I want to thank everyone for downloading and trying this project, as it means a lot to me. As far as I know, it works always at MPH, but KPH option doesn't work, even though the code does check the ini for options. This is a very simple speedometer that puts your speed down in the bottom center of the screen. It will only work if you are in a vehicle, so not while on foot. This is my first RPH plugin ever. Most of the stuff I've done revolved around FiveM, so the disciplines sorta work both ways as the methods are similar. There is an ini file included. Only one option, but more in the future. I'm sure there are other types of this out there, but honestly, most are either really outdated, or didn't have features I could control. Future Plans I would like to tie it into an ALPR/ANPR type program with possibly some Interaction+ integration. Also want to make it all pretty and streamlined so it doesn't look like a hot mess at the bottom of the screen. Version History 4.0.0.0 -- This one 3.0.0.0 -- Revamped some code to stream line it 2.0.0.0 -- Honestly? Broken code. Didn't work 😛 1.0.0.0 -- Had LSPDFR hooked, but didn't need it (Not Yet anyway). Derp!
  15. great looking pack! well done! one small thing tho, the flag on the passenger side is facing the wrong way--blue star field always has to be near the front with the rest of the flag trailing behind 🙂
  16. Great car man! Made a livery for it for Breast Cancer Awareness. Here's the link to it if your interested @Jackson1593 It's strong suit? It's pink! 🙂 Anyway, thanks for the great model, I'll check out a few of your other ones later this weekend. Take care man.
  17. sorry. yeah, I had 0.4.2 running fine with the maps. But I'm doing a clean install so I'll let everyone know. Thanks.
  18. Yeah, I've updated to 0.4.3 and it crashes. I can get all the other plugins to work just fine, but as soon as I load lspdfr thru the console it crashes the game. I can't even get into the game if I load it automatically. My latest rph. (I ran about without lspdfr for a few minutes to test stuff before loading lspdfr) RagePluginHook.log
  19. So. I used to roleplay. A lot. You know the RP servers. No Pixel, SA:Life, Magicallity. Every time you would role play on one of those, you'd have to apply for whitelisting and provide a back story for the first character you create there. Who they are, where'd they come from, their dreams, their fears, etc etc. Well since we are roleplaying as law enforcement officers (for the most part) in LSPDFR, why not allow us to create back stories for the characters on the character pages. Each character is unique for their own reasons. It's a small ask for a small task. I like reading some of the stuff that others are doing with their characters when they show up at the bottom of the pages. "Officer Hightower arrested John Bellows for drugs"... why not a section for what brought that character into the world of law enforcement? Just something fun for something that is fun to do. Thanks for your time in reading this suggestion. See everyone out there, and by the grace of God--be safe!
