Oh also, the NEW 2013 El Segundo car and the k-9 I just uploaded and it is waiting for approval so keep your eyes open for those. The 2013 model has a lot more lights and it looks pretty cool.

SPITFIRE7's 2013 El Segundo NEW Police car For best and most realistic results in ELS v6 use for primaries A-01 and for secondaries C-04. The difference for this 2013 model from the 2010 regular model is that they added center rambar lights as well as red and blue lights in the rear reverse lights as now the standard issue for all the cars. Just saw this the other day and it looks awesome. So I know now since we have the release we have all moved over to the download page, but Im hoping this is still alive for some technical tips. My biggest question is does the new ELS7 work with XP? Im getting a weird error: "GTAIV.exe - Entry Point Not Found - The procedure entry point EnumSystemLocalesEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" I did some google searching and it looks like something having to do with XP compatibility. Can someone confirm this? Second question is would ELS7 work on patch 1.0.4.0?

Many people have been asking about my ENB settings. Well I thought I would just pack it all up for ya and let you have it. This is XENB's 0.082 Beta. I do NOT take any original credit for this. I have only edited this ini and a few other files to fine tune an already beautiful looking ENB to the exact look I was going for, for more realism. I love the cloudy and rainy days on this one. Haven't seen another that actually has as realistic of a cloudy/rain day. Plus the EXTRA SUNNY day is one of my favorites and beautiful. !!!THIS MAY NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH 1.0.7.0!!! TESTED WITH 1.0.4.0 and works great. Please make comments and let me know if it worked for you and you are using 1.0.7.0. Thank you. Please Please Please ALWAYS make backups of each and every file. There is a big chance this may not work for you or not look good on your system. Soooooo ALWAYS MAKE BACKUP COPIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Installation: Just drop all files into your main GTA directory or manually individually if you want. You dont have to drop in the pics folder though. That was just so you can see what it looks like. Im using the LAPD Federal Smart Siren but I edited it so that its only Wail and Yelp since I never hear LAPD using the cherp or whatever they call it.
