  2. Well as you guys can notice multiple people are having ELS issues, i am guessing it is something like scripthook, etc. It would be nice if we could get a acknowledgement from LSPDFR staff that it is a current problem. Has anyone currently been looking for a work around?

ProCanadianPilot has taken a break from this for now, but he is not done working on it.  We also need many, many callouts to go into this mod, since they tie into it.  So all the callout plugins out there, work on their own and don't tie into this.  I'm hoping that some of the big callout mod makers will be willing to adapt their coding to work with this.  I think that will make the whole project easier and move along quicker.

Also, we are currently working on another project that is taking up a lot of our time that has a bit more priority, but I'll talk about that later since it's not just for LSPDFR.

    Alright, thanks for responding!!

What do you guys think about a "community policing" script?  Like maybe a script that has ambient events that have you interact with people but in non-violent way (without being called).  I'm thinking like just talking to a person or asking them if they've seen someone who's wanted or other stuff that police officers do.   The not-so-fun stuff!  Any real police officers/people with police experience want to chime in?

I want to remind you all that I'm pretty busy so far - this is more of an area to get a concept/plan in place.  This is just a suggestion/discussion of the possibility of this sort of mod.  If another developer wants to take control of this let me know so I don't start working on it!

What do you think?  Would you like this?  Would it be fun?

    great idea
