A Raleigh Police CVPI, FPIU, and Charger. This pack uses a combination of ELS and non ELS lights. The main blue and amber emergency lights on the Arjent are non ELS with environmental lighting and a custom pattern that is as close to the real Raleigh pattern as possible (non ELS patterns are limited in length.) ELS controls the mirror interceptors, grille lights, rear lights,  stage 1/2 lighting on the Arjent, coronas, and takedowns/alley lights.
 
In the future I'll update with alternative light patterns for the Arjent that Raleigh uses. I might tweak the skins since I think some of the lettering could be better. I also might make a current gen FPIU and a Tahoe with a Valor.

Another small pack I know, but I'm working on something big so....
 
I built this small pack to replace the POLICE to POLICE3 slots in my Single Player game. Because it's a autumn (fall) based game currently, and for some reason a nice all red setup goes well with that, I made these cars. And now they're here for release. If there's enough interest, I will of course consider expanding this pack. These are of course, lore and fictional, so use at you're own leisure. It's not meant to be based on any real life department. So er, enjoy.

This is a Whelen Epsilon with alternate wail and yelp, and after awhile of looking I've decided to make this for Grand Theft Auto 5. The siren sounds almost exactly like the video below. This is my first siren so let me know how i can improve for the future!

Here's a little retro pack for you guys. It's not meant to be an exact replica of the Walking Dead sheriff car but for the most part it is. I may release more retro styled skins in the future if you guys like it enough. Enjoy!

Are you tired of hearing "IN, UHHHHHH"? Tired of "DIS BOBCAT 4 EN ROUUUTEE!!!"? So was I. So I fixed that. Better Dispatch Audio (B.D.A.) includes completely new AI Responding Audio (from NFS Most Wanted). Calling for backup (and Helicopter Support) will trigger this. Ending a callout from Albo's "Assorted Callouts" or "Traffic Policer" and finishing up with "BetterEMS" will also trigger new audio, changing "We are Code 4, no further units required" to "All Units you can clear this call, return to patrol". Pursuits are much more immersive. This has been a several weeks long process, with restless nights, and my 1'st mod. I'm happy to release it here for the community. Please let me know what you think of it, and enjoy.

Mod Content:
This is a pack of two different Code 3 V-Con models. One features the hilo and one the hyperyelp. The real models only have 3 tones besides the airhorn, so it is highly recommended you disable AMBULANCE_WARNING in your ELS vehicles, as this is not modified.

Alternative Megaphone voices (by Gary Conner)

Here's something I've been working on for a while, it was initially just a mini personal project but I decided to release these textures to get your guys' feedback. I'm new to modding and I have limited experience with textures but I thought these came out pretty well. I took inspiration from multiple other modders and a couple sheriff departments to try and put together a professional looking livery set for my BCSO. These work best with OfficerFive0's (ELS) Blaine County 2015 K-9 Tahoe. I loved that vehicle and I've always liked the Twiggs County, GA look so I decided to make a unique fleet around that.

ABOUT :   Modern Siren Pack is a sound modification that introduces current generation real-world siren tones to GTA V, giving you a realistic emergency driving atmosphere. This modification will restructure the discontinued American Siren Pack modification and evolve into a larger scale siren modification for Grand Theft Auto V.   Make a new folder somewhere on your desktop, name it anything Move Both the Vehicle folder and vehicle.oac file out of this .rar pack into the folder you just created on the desktop Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory. In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( it is advised that you use your mod folder instead of vanilla )  Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and  select the 'Vehicles.oac' save and you're good to go. Respond Code 3 !   OIV INSTALLATION :    OIV INSTALLATION : 
1) Run OpenIV
2) Select Tools > Package Installer (Located on the toolbar at the top)
3) Locate 'Modern Siren Pack.OIV'

Hi there everybody! After uploading various textures to the LCPDFR.com community, I've decided to step it up a notch and start working on models.
