Hello all, The is a basic, no thrills, not perfect CHP skin for @Thehurk 2013 CHP Harley-Davidson Electra Glide and @HDgamerzPC Palm City Police Department. Just an updated CHP version I threw together. This skin for this AWESOME bike. And no I'm not into the newer sport bike stuff. To install simply install the vehicle as normal using OPENIV. Once installed, open the YTD file, pick which version, rename to harley_sign_1.png, then just drop the skin in and save... That's it!!.. Vehicle Download: or I hope you enjoy..........
I have always wanted the ability to have more options at once when using the police radio... This looks awesome and works fantastic from scaling it down to being tiny all the way up to being extremely large and it still looks awesome.

SImply download the vehicles(s) and install them using OPENIV. Then come to this folder on your PC once unzipped and replace the .YTD file in OPENIV from the specific folder. This will change skin to LAFD and also this light from red/blue/amber to red/red/amber, save and you are all set. XML ELS file is also included. 1. Can you also do a LOS ANGELES COUNTY SQUAD 51 skin, please
  2. For the headlights, just normal everyday operations is what I am trying to accomplish. But leave the taillights in your pattern. My first attempt was to simply remove all headlights in the sequence. But when I did that.. They are blacked out when when I turn on the system. And sorry if this is being a PAIN in the rear for you...
  3. Yes correct... When I removed the headlight flashes from the XML file, the headlight are completely black day and night versions. For the headlights I would just like to use the standard ELS simple wig-wag pattern but with the headlights actually on.
  4. Its it possible to keep just the tail lights going and leave the headlight corona on so the headlights operate as normal. I love the tail light flashes and think they are awesome, but I don't care for the headlights at all and when I have the system on, the headlight coronas completely disappear? I've already removed all headlight flashes in the XML file but at night the headlight go turn off...

Well I just installed this for the first time tonight and I must say... Great JOB!!!... Really love the take-out from 911 Operator... If you need a voice, BTW, I'm in!!!.... Just PM me!!...
I still love this vehicle pack. Especially the lightbars and their lighting set..
This is really great. Love the lighting set and lines of all the vehicles. Although I was getting a grey shadow when using the marked FPIS. I managed to correct it but if you could take a look at it in the YTD FILE is was the grey_glass.png that I played with to fix it. Other than that AWESOME....
  6. I dont know what I could doing except a simple extraction. Can you send me the fine directly?
Great work. I love the lighting setup and the totally look of the 2013 version.
  7. Yes using winrar... I downloaded from lspdfr and Gta5-mods same results... Not sure what's the deal...
  8. I downloaded the file but when I go to extract it it says no archieve/broken. @HazardHound
