- Find sheriff.ytd and open it in the texture viewer by double clicking on it
- Find xr6_sign_1, highlight it and you should be able to click the Replace button up the top right.
(this will now open a dialog where you can navigate to this replacement skin after downloading)

Here is the 2013 Hyundai I30 Pack. Included in this pack is the marked IRV version and the unmarked Q Car version. This car serves as an IRV this was used alongside the 2014 focus and is still in service in most areas but is slowly being replaced by the Vauxhall Astra and the new Ford Focus.

NOTES: The flash pattern in the video is made possible with Aussie Flash Patterns. It is not required to use Aussie Flash Patterns with this model, however keep in mind that if you do not use it you will have a different flash pattern.
I will NOT be giving anybody help with using this model. If you are not experience with modding then use various tutorials found on the internet.

Emergency Lighting System V brings one of the most popular modifications ever created for a GTA title (ELS-IV) to Grand Theft Auto V. ELS-V will add a whole new dimension to  your patrols. With a fresh look and many more features than its predecessor, it's also sure to brighten up your game and satisfy the emergency lighting enthusiast in anyone.
 
DESCRIPTION
− ELS provides an alternate and incredibly in-depth way of controlling emergency vehicle lights and sounds.
− ELS requires vehicle models specifically designed to make use of its features.
− ELS includes over 200 unique lighting patterns scattered across 4 light groups and lighting formats.
 
NOTES
− Please consult the ELS USER GUIDE and other provided documentation prior to using ELS.
− As of V1.00 ELS is not compatible with any form of multiplayer.
− A visual enhancement mod is recommended to improve the appearance of ELS lights in game.
 
BASIC INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.

− 1. Place ELS.asi, ELS.ini, the ELS folder, and  AdvancedHookV.dll inside your main GTA V game directory.

This VICPOL livery is based off a real Highway Patrol livery, however due to the vehicle being vastly different in shape and type I had decided to make small customisation to how the livery looked.
Still holding mostly true to the real thing which I would say about 80% authentic as the style goes.

As you can see there are some major similarities to the real livery and this VICPOL Highway Patrol skin, so in a sense I did keep it semi-authentic so it shouldn't look too out of place if you use it in your VICPOL squad.

- Use OpenIV and navigate to Mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / rde / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles / rdevehicles.rpf (ensure you have 'EDIT MODE' enabled)
- Find police5.ytd and open it in the texture viewer by double clicking on it
- Find 2016FPI_sign_1, highlight it and you should be able to click the Replace button up the top right.
(this will now open a dialog where you can navigate to this replacement skin after downloading)
- Select this replacement skin and press on save.
