  6. CS6 Adobe Photoshop does that... however, it dicks with other things. Honestly, the templates and the cruisers are not 100% accurate... more like 95% approximate on getting you close enough. However, I did do a better job with the CVPI Detroit Police "stripe" alignment.

    Another Michigan Law Enforcement Agency skin... this time, the Detroit Police. A CVPI and Charger skin with the classical DPD logo styling, with a few minor adds. Also, a transparent skin (TS) is included for both models; if you don't dig white police vehicles - preferring a different color scheme. Enjoy!
