Growing up I wasn’t so much a fan of the vehicle either… but now, I’m quite happy that MSP kept their style and uniqueness. But yes, MSP has a ghost like nature of sneaking up on you and you’re thinking “where the hell did that MSP unit come from?. -
MSP is very much on point ... especially up and down I-696.

Been using the old version for a second... the new one is much more stable. Using this mod strictly for police3, police4, policeb and few other patrol vehicles. The current version yields good results and gives a more authentic feel of other jurisdictions being around, but not overbearing. I still use Sam's traffic-flow mod for civilian vehicles only - keeps things balance and has no conflict with cp702 mod. There's also a few tricks you can do between these mods and the common folder data on improving police patrol...Anyhow, my police flow setup looks like this... FYI: The "M_Y_STATEPOLICE" is one of three installed police peds in my componentpeds.img - not replacing any other police peds.

Michigan State Police and Sheriffs don't fu** around here... they'll put the brakes on a speedier in a heartbeat. But yes, faster police cars isn't the solution to anything... greater resources towards training and nonlethal weapons seems more valuable.

Ok. I was hard press to find any tell-tale signs (differences), other than light pattern setups, between their respective vehicle wtd files.

I was wondering is there a textural difference or maybe some ELS nuance on how it presents emergency lighting (illumination) between BxBug123 and EVI vehicles? EVI emergency lighting seems more darker/coarse and has less light brilliance when in use... BxBug's models on the other hand, has brighter colors and better light brilliance. This is not a knock towards EVI or kudos towards Bxbug's - I'm just wondering is there a difference or is it just me? Anyhow, I enjoy both creators vehicles equally - just wondering out loud.

Installing Skins Download Spark IVRun Spark IV - Select GTA IV - Open the vehicle image within GTA 4.Browse and select the correct police .wtd file that you're going to edit.Replace one or more of the police vehicle skins (2048 x 2048 texture) by importing the downloaded .png skin for the correct vehicle.Lastly, rebuild and save image.

When I saw "MSP"... I was like "HELL YEAH!"... but it wasn't for Michigan State Police. :(That's the only vehicle (Michigan State Charger), that's missing from my MSP vehicle fleet. These are some requested skins for certain vehicles based off my previous works. This pack includes skins for the Oakland County Sheriff (EVI Impala Model, Bxbugs Tahoe and Taurus), a Detroit International Airport Skin (CVPI), and a reimaged Police skin for the Detroit Police Department (EVI Impala).
