The file should be in the same place you found the other two that you edited...No, you cannot edit it in 3dsMax.

look for a file called emerglights.emis or so in the texture files. There is a texture that you have not edited causing the lightbar to still be blue.

Nope...fixed it....increased the amount of maximum cops in pursuit from 3 to 10... now they will drive off...

Not getting any graphics problems...it is just the officers go back into the cars then disappear, leaving the car there with the suspect in the back.

Which version of ELS are you using? I know for a fact in 7 you can have a vehicle with siren that is not in a police/fire slot. I have my fire chief vehicle in feroci2 slot and lights and sirens work just fine....nobody moves out of the way though...

oder......Hab ich probiert....nimmt lightemissive.fx vom game4video enb shaders. Kannst einfach den ordner offen und nur diesen shader ersetzen.

I think it adds quite a bit of realism to the mod...Was nice just to provide support to the AI, even though he didn't need it...

So, I don't know if this is on my end or not, but if I call for backup (N) after making an arrest, they will put the suspect into their car, and get in...once they are in, they disappear, leaving the car with lights and sirens on, and the suspect in the car...

NB-I don't know if you are in contact with LT Caine, but can you ask him to have more than 2 rotator reflections for primaries? Also ask him if it is possible to move the reflections via the config just like when the setting is in leds or strb. The reason I mention this is I was trying to do a config for a rotator based suburban and noticed that only Extra 1 and Extra 4 have the light splash when in rota mode. Kinda sucks when you have a lightbar setup for red-blue-red-blue but you only see 2 light splashes....The only work around is to set the secondaries as rota also, but then they are not as bright as the primaries unless you change the els.ini, but that throws the other vehicles out of whack. Thanks!

Getting the settings dialed in....this is about 1700 in GTA time...

I turned off AO only because it made everything look cartoony...Still playing with the Skylight and various other lighting settings though.

I understand....I am still trying to tweak the settings with the new shader set, as they threw everything off..

I just hit a breakthrough! I now have Ambient Occlusion and Skylighting in the latest patch!

Ineseri-I am 100% certain he is missing the d3d9.dll in the main GTA IV directory...
