No, I moved the one from the V: drive I had it on earlier to the C: drive so we could ensure the pathing wasn't the problem. There's only the one directory in the C: drive. Also I don't mean GTAOnline, sorry if I was unclear about that. Its a application that lets you connect to servers from a list similar to how SAMP and MTA work.

Yes. I can run GTAV normally, and play story mode for hours on end with no issues. I can do missions, sidequests, and just wreak havoc on it. I can even play GT-MP with no issues or any sort of problems.

I did, and it said there was a newer version installed. I installed as well the .NET file, and C++ Visual Studio just to be safe. I'm still getting the error.

It was just the line you told me to put in earlier, but I went ahead and tried it with/without it. It still results in the same error. I've even tried reinstalling the SC via Installers folder to see if that would help it.

All it does is give me an error code for not starting it via steam. "Launched Error. Code: 115 The game was not launched via the Steam client."

I'm running it from the folder. My account is the admin account on the PC. I actually figured out how to get a log file of when it runs so let me attach that. RagePluginHookLauncher.log

I downloaded a complete save file, and I'm still getting the error.

I'm still getting the error around "Loading Story". Even trying to start it while the game is running doesn't work.

No settings are checked, not in Adv or in Game Settings. Neither are there any in the commandline one.

Unfortunately it comes up blank other than that I'm missing LSPDFR and albo's script. Which is fine because it seems to be purely RPH.

As far as I'm aware no. The only thing that would remotely impend the operations would be windows defender and the firewall which they're allowed through or I disabled it. Weirdly enough the RagePluginHook.exe will start GTAV, and I'll get through it. But around the loading screen after the splash screen it'll then pop-up the error message of "GTAVLauncher.exe failed to start".

Nothing said about a title update as far as I can tell.

I currently don't have an anti-virus outside of Windows Defender, which I disabled, and I've made exceptions in the firewall for Rage/all GTAV exes. I'm still struggling with trying to get it not to give me the error of GTAVLauncher.exe failed to start.

I've ensured compatibility mode for Windows 8 is not on. As well as I play without Steam overlay on GTAV always.

All files successfully validate.

I disabled all privileges, and I got the error. I gave Rage only admin privs, and I got the error. This bug has really got my stumped at what could be causing it.

The only permissions for any file I've edited were Rage and GTAV exes. Which the last time I tried to run it, only Rage had admin privs.

I launched it via steam, tried to launch it after it was running for a while. It failed, and then I tried to launch it completely via RagePluginHook which still gave me the error.

Yes, I can play GTAV normally, and even play GT-MP normally. It just seems to be isolated to RHP.
