Well see I reinstalled the game modded it only with police radio and lspdfr and trainer still crashed? im new to modding to so take it easy

So I recently downloaded, speed radar, traffic control, and police toolbox and these mods may not be the problem that's why i'm asking y'all, even speed radar wouldn't load up correctly but anyways like 10-15 mins into my patrol lspdfr crashes on me, I uninstalled the game and had to reinstall so for the future if ya'll can find anything and help me out it would be much appreciated. - Thanks.

Honestly, I dont wanna build lol but everyone seems like if you get a pre-built gaming computer its a piece of crap. If i could find a good brand that sells good gaming computer i would buy a pre-built if you know a good brand that has good gmaing computer please let me know thanks for all your help

Ok guys i changed the memory to 8 gb but it told me windows 7 couldnt support it and i got 770 video card than 760 and heres the other problem posted below can anyone tell me if i should be worried. Ok guys, so i'm finally deciding on building a computer my self because it seems everyone goes that way now for a gaming computer but here's the thing i'm totally new to all this. But i'm going to take the time to look at tutorials on how to build one but i need you guys help to help me choose what parts i need to run my gta iv and other new games because i'm a youtuber who does games also. I want to run my games on ultra high settings to high and i want a computer that does good with mods and will make my gta iv look amazing like lights, and etc. Here's a list of what I came up with guys feel free to change or totally make some parts for me.
