NOOSE on scene and that's another "left behind", I guess I didn't really like it because of the "overDOF", tho the scene it self is pretty nice imo. Enjoy. -

Spawn Driver in the Bodygurad/Ped section of SNT. -

Well, since you asked. haha None of that is moving except the lancer. Helicopter is spawned on an object, the rest is just spawning a driver and getting a wanted level so that the spot light would work. It may sound ridiculous, but that's the actual method. About the photoshop, I always mentioned the usage of photoshop (if it's present in the picture) in the description.
