It isn't about the car models. It's about the game-play. The cars are easy, useful and fun to drive and that's what counts. You don't exactly focus on aesthetics while you're being shot at, you know?
Liveries such as these are quick and easy to make, which is probably why so many companies are choosing the style for their games. You never know though, they could just be place holders.

Damn am I looking forward to this game, shame I don't have a PS4 to try win the code for. Here's to hoping I get accepted into the PC Beta, and there will be an open beta down the line anyway.
I wish that CVPI that you see parked around the map was drivable though

I think it's safe to say the cars in GTA V doesn't look worse. Phew. They even look better in GTA V. Oh game-devs, what have you done...

JoeLe got a reaction from Mikofiticus in New Battlefield SWAT Game!?Yeah ok I see your point, but playing the beta, it sounds like, or maybe it's just me, that both criminals or cops use the same voice and questions. Maybe they could change it up a little?

JoeLe got a reaction from 42069 in New Battlefield SWAT Game!?Yeah I agree the animations are terrible for taser and takedowns. The worst part, in my opinion, is that criminals can replicate the takedown technique and also be given the "interrogate" option! What on earth would a criminal want to interrogate a cop about in a middle of a bank heist?!

JoeLe reacted to unr3al in New Battlefield SWAT Game!?I got a beta invite a few days ago, just installing it now. I'll let you know how it is since I did a lengthy Battlefield 4 review. I'm thinking it will be the same, but with smaller maps and tasers. I have no idea how the rank structure is going to work since both police departments and criminal organizations have only a hand full of ranks to them.
*EDIT*
The animations of the taser and baton look absolutely terrible and the sounds are equally bad. I hope the finished product is better.
