I have tried linking my username and password in the LCPDFR.ini but when it reaches half way it returns with an error "(502) Bad Gateway". I have a legit copy of GTA IV and this is not a major concern but it stopped linking since last month and I just want it linked again. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

If you noticed yesterday before the Christmas Tree Lighting, most of the protest are peaceful and are in compliant to NYPD, in fact NYPD are helping them by stopping traffic to let them cross the street and such. Not a bad build. Bump up to something more powerful for the psu, but don't get something all the way to 750 unless you are about to add some more heavy power to your pc. get something thats 600w. I also learned that what takes to run an hd car pack is memory/ram. I wouldn't put your head high on the HD textures, Car Pack, and CryENB v3 on ultra. You can run hd textures, and the car pack at most, but I wouldn't say about cryenb though. I had that card before i replaced it with 2 R9 280x and it wouldn't run cryenb for its life. Too laggy. I'll give you my specs, only thing that changed when i had that 270x is the card. SPECS: Intel i7 3770k AsRock z77 Extreme 4 16 GB RAM (2133) Two AMD R9 280x by MSI 1000w PSU 256 GB SSD for OS (Samsung 850 Pro Series) 4 TB hdd (Seagate) And finally the most important peice, LED Lighting strips!

Gonna be honest with you a bit. But these parts are a little old. I recommend switching that gpu out with a new one. For the $220 dollar budget for a gpu (because thats what the 560 ti was when it was still sold), I recommend the AMD r9 280 (it got really down from $270 to 200). CPU and the motherboard is old, have a plan to change that out in the future but hold it up for now because it is the most expensive upgrade and the most challenging. I also kinda agree with Quiggles, I've never seen an HDD that was under 1tb in a while, also that is the cheapest upgrade over everything.

It looks great. Can't wait to see the Explorer in the NYC Auto show when it comes around. It looks like a knockoff Range Rover. I'm sure people will get used to it, people didn't like the 2nd gen charger when it came out, now everyone likes it and they hate the 3rd gen thats coming out. I wonder what the utility version will look like.

I would recommend games4video in my past experience. Least amount of lag out of the past 5-6 enbs i have used.

You should be fine. Just looked at a video with that laptop video card to gta 4 default and it seems fine. LCPDFR shouldn't lag the game anyways, its just a mod. The real lag would be adding an ENB (Enhanced Natural Bloom, or I call it Everything Needs Butter <-- just a joke). You should be fine running lcpdfr with els v8 and a couple car mods.
