I don't know how much money you've got to spend.. But here's one build I made for myself. Graphic card: Nvidia GTX 680 Processor: i5 3570k RAM: 16gb motherboard: az rock z77 case: Coolermaster storm stryker (has tuner for built in fans for their speed, anti dust filters and window so you can see inside of the case) power supply: cooler master silent pro 850w (you get tuner for fan speed) HDD: 2x 1TB (Did it like this because I need 1 for games etc 1 for videos and recording, if you have money buy SSD for your windows, I didn't have money for it..) This all costs around 1350$ (something like that) If you want I can help you out more if you tell us how much you can spend :)

Hello Chekkerboyable, Well it didn't work for me as well. I removed everything even (GTAIV and EFLS) but you don't have to do it, then I installed it manually (just copy paste files to gta iv and efls folder) and then go to folder LCPDFR Install (ASI Loaders) and remove 1 item (dsound.dll if you don't want to play online and if you do leave it and remove another one. And yea find on forum netframework directx and other things you need and it will work 100%. If you need more help feel free to send me inbox message and I will help you out. :)
