Well, this was originally a private skin but after someone mentioned they would appreciate seeing this in game I just had to put this pack together. Mainly want to see some of their screenshots of these.   This is based off the Ottawa Police and as someone also mentioned it is very similar to the Phoenix police paint scheme. Either way, hopefully some of you out there will enjoy running this skin as well.  I know the Canada stuff is for a smaller audience but one I feel is sometimes neglected due to the fact that its small. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

I was working on this Dodge Charger until my OS crashed and lost everything I had....However, I was going through some stuff and realized I still had a link for this....so, it goes without saying you will find some bugs because it's not complete but its pretty close..It does bother me but oh well..Plus, it's another K9 charger for yall! Lmao. Also, you CAN change the window tint via trainer!

Description:
This isn't really my first siren but it is the first one I think is ready to upload. Here's a Whelen Epsilon I have made several months back so yeah.
 
What's Inside:
-Readme.txt
-Siren Audio Files Folder
-File Folder
 
Installation:
(Basic Installation: Replaces everything inside vehicles.awc. If you have other things in their that don't have any significance then do this. Otherwise, do one of the other steps below.)
Drag the contents inside the "File" folder and using OpenIV drag that file into mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf.
 
(If you don't already have a .oac)
Go into OpenIV and go to mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf then right click "vehicles.awc". Then click "Export to OpenFormats (.oac)" and export that to where ever you'd like. Once you've done that you want to follow the steps below.
 
(If you already have a .oac outside of OpenIV)
Copy all the contents inside the "Siren Audio Files" folder and copy them into your vehicles.oac. Then drag the vehicles.oac file into mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf

I present to you, one of the best sounding Whelen Gamma 2 sirens for Grand Theft Auto 5!
 
By sheer luck, this siren will also replace the granger sounds. Meaning all tones relating to police vehicles will be the Gamma siren.
 
Original credits go to TheRealNBK71 for the siren, modified by me to make the sounds louder for GTA V. Please let me know if the siren is not loud enough.
 
How To Install?
 
First, Pick a version:
1.0 Normal Version
2.0 Louder Version
 
For Old School Install:
VIA OpenIV, please navigate to x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf, right click in a empty area, then click select open formats. Find the
vehicles.oac located inside the "Old School Install" folder, and select it.
 
For Siren Mastery Install:
Drag and drop the "Plugins" folder into your main directory, replace if prompted.
 
For ELS Install:
ELS should work the same way the Old School install does.

I have added dual tones to the pack, including : dual yelp, dual yelp/piercer and a shorter wail tone for the ambulance slot that can be activated as secondary tone to pair along with primary wail.

I was looking for a PA4000 but i wasnt able to find it so i though i can make
one, No Joke this siren took me about 20 Minutes to make, i dont think its terrible
but it aint the best

Mod Content:
This is a pack of two different Code 3 V-Con models. One features the hilo and one the hyperyelp. The real models only have 3 tones besides the airhorn, so it is highly recommended you disable AMBULANCE_WARNING in your ELS vehicles, as this is not modified.

Small LSPD pack of the new design Orlando PD cars.  I've put all the new cars pushed in service that I could find pictures of. I also know that they have the Charger in service with the new livery, but there's no pics of it, as soon as I find one I'll add the charger too. Please be advised that although I was trying to replicate OPD as closely as possible, everything I made is adjusted to my liking and hopefully you will like and enjoy the skins as well. Please do not rip-off and re-upload these textures.

Just to clear this out.Only the skin says Vermont.The models are not representing the fleet of Vermont.Lightbars and more are fictional.
 
Some models are quite large in file size which i apologize about but im  really happy to release this.The models are made for all blue lights.

hi Guys,
Here is the result of the project Blaine County Sheriff Idaho. I bring you a little bit of blue color into the uniform world of GTA. the ped has 6 different heads to choose from, 3 with gloves 3 without gloves. the ped spawn regular once with sheriff star as extra and once with reflection veste. the third vest is optional, spawn but not regular.
you need a trainer to use the full potential of the ped.

Hey everyone! This release is a little smaller than usual and it is also more simple. It is based off of Beaufort County Sheriff's vehicles. I tried to be as authentic as possible even adding the older CVPI livery. It is a very simple design that is surely unique. I hope everyone enjoys it!

This pack was designed with multiplayer in mind, and use in singleplayer was always a secondary consideration. As such, the vehicles were not extensively tested with LCPDFR.
 
This download includes custom ELS and handling, as well as templates if you want to make your own liveries.

anyone who has ever listened to police dispatch radio knows the priority marker tone that this mod uses to make it more realistic including voice over's played over LSPDFR's dispatch radio saying "Attention All Units 10-33 Traffic" and after the "coast" is "clear" dispatch comes back over the LSPDFR radio and says "Attention All Units 10-66 10-33 Traffic" This mod makes playing LSPDFR like never before! since it activates itself when you start a LSPDFR callout or a LSPDFR pursuit making it more realistic by playing the priority marker tone every few seconds just like in real life making this the most "realistic" as you can get inside LSPDFR mod must have!

So many people asked me via Pm,on Discord or in the Comments for a Slicktop unit.So here you go.Its nearly the same basement like the Marked one.Instead of the lightbar there are Window lights. Alprs,Interior/Equipment are still the same.This is planned,so its the same Department.
