  1. I think there's a flag you can add to vehicles.meta that forces all extras to always spawn, but the problem then would be getting both bumpers spawning at once
  2. Extras will spawn at random, but you can just enable/disable them yourself

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NSW Police Toyota Hilux Paddy Wagon 1.0 BY MACGREGOR FOR GRAND THEFT AUTO V ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NOTE: Apparently if you have a steam copy of the game you need to put the carvariations lines into a different carvariations.meta file for the lights to work properly.   3. That flashing you see is coming from the dummy itself, not the light texture. Turn post-fx setting to ultra to get proper bright lights
  4. You probably installed something that has modified your visualsettings.meta that has increased the brightness of lights. BUT, judging by the quality of those photos, you have a low end computer/settings are down really low, and you have your post-fx settings disabled. With post-fx disabled, the lights don't have that nice effect that comes with increasing the light brightness. So all you're left with is a dodgy, over-saturated light
  5. It's most likely because when the game updated, something like update.rpf has been updated, but you would have had an outdated version of update.rpf in your mods folder, which is the rpf that the game is trying to load. My suggestion, find anything in your mods folder that might have updated, replace it with the newest version, and reinstall any mods that are used by said files
  6. Maybe you accidentally turned on a setting in the trainer that causes that without realising (I think the trainer in IV had something about handling but im not sure about V) Otherwise you could have changed something to do with your handling.meta.
  7. Like ones where the whole bar flashes red, then blue, instead of the usual red on one side blue on the other? I haven't seen anything but you could probably do one yourself by using another lightbar. At a guess I'd say if you duplicated all the siren lights, then changed their texture so you have a red and blue texture for each light, you could probably pull something off
  8. Can't be bothered trawling through 15 pages of stuff to see if this has been said before but imagine if you were able to create your own flash patterns? I vaguely remember something like that in GTA:SA or something but I'm not sure. regardless though even without that it's still gonna be the equal greatest mod alongside lspdfr
  9. Most models are either $75 usd or $95. Ones with high quality interior's or custom requests are $150 to $300. this is also yet another reason why you're not see many Aussie models. Lots of money is spent on them and the last thing we want is for some idiot to rip it
  10. also trying to gather funds for that too
  11. What's better is I've only paid for one model with my own money. The rest were bought by others and donated to me. So pretty much donations and kind people are the reasons you have models at all
  12. 95% of models you see were bought at some point
  13. As in buying the cabin part of the truck that was made by scania. ive got an rfs category 1 isuzu I was working on too but it's on hold
  14. Nah it's his work. We're buying a cab together and I'm doing a cfa pumper much like the one I made in IV
  15. That's on hold until me and him can gather the funds for a better cab
  16. You're actually legally not allowed to edit those models if you don't have permission, so I suggest you don't try anything. on topic though, the fire truck and ambo are both going to be made eventually. I'm doing the Victorian versions of both but I know people who will do the nsw variants. i also wouldn't bother asking permission to edit that current firetruck, as it's a Mercedes and the pics you posted are scanias and an isuzu
  17. you can change the audio setting in the vehicles line if you want, but you just need to find a police car with a good sound you need to install the handling and vehicle line, or replace ss_sign_1 with a blank texture. Deleting them means the model is looking for a texture that isnt there, hence the glitches
  18. Down Under Mods posted a gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  19. the speedo never worked and the day lights might not just be bright enough. I have my light settings turned up a lot so when i made the car I tailored it for that
  20. I found a good audio clip of the Aussie siren and made it from that. And yeah pretty much everything I post about will get released eventually
  21. Ahh doesn't matter, I wanted to see what stuff you guys kept in it but I've got some ideas anyway
