  1. Further down the track you or someone else could make it for me to add. we'll see hey Here's some pics of the old vs new commodores
  2. I haven't seen a lot of rush but it's a Ford Territory isn't it? I could get someone to make a rush skin
  3. Stay tuned to here if you care about this sort of stuff
  4. The Victorian Police Mod is a current work in progress that aims to create a detailed, realistic and unique vehicle and ped mod pack of a scale never seen before in Australian GTA modding. Development has been on going since early February 2016, and at the current rate of things a loose time frame for completion is late 2016/early 2017. So far most of the work for this mod has been done by myself, But I'm always on the look out for ped and vehicle texturers to be able to create detailed uniforms and car liveries I don't have time or skill to make. If you are interested in creating textures for me feel free to send me a message. Current list of vehicles that are going to be in the mod pack. This list is not the final list, vehicles may still be added/removed. Current Vehicle Count: 30 ELS wise, I'm currently making this with the default lighting system, however knowing my luck ELS V will be released just before I finish this, so I'll be going through each model making it ELS compatible For people who are a fan of my current models/want Australian models, this is a good way to see what projects I'm currently working on, as I'm pretty much only working on these models at the moment. Some models will be released as standalone models as well, not all of them. I will be constantly updating this post, and this thread, as this mod comes along. And last of all, a huge thank you to everybody who has been helping me out with this, weather it's buying models, creating textures or offering moral support -Macgregor
  5. It's good that everyone has their own abilities and uses. Imagine if we all could only do skins and knew nothing about models or scripts. We'd run out of stuff to make pretty fast
  6. What mods are you having trouble with?
  7. you need to change <audioNameHash /> in the vehicles file to one of a police car, eg. <audioNameHash>POLICE2</audioNameHash> and you need to change the siren setting in carvariations.meta
  8. Remove scripthook and scripthookdotnet (or just drag em to your desktop) Then, assuming you have the OpenIV mod folder (which you really should) just open openIV, go to tools >ASI manager and click uninstall on ASI loader. Now all scripts and modified .rpf's won't load, letting you play online. To get your mods back, just put the scripthooks back in, and re-install the ASI loader.
  9. Yes thats why it's got a NSW livery By the way, I like that helicopter livery
  10. https://gyazo.com/b3f8d7ab61c6018c772e6d6762ae5589 I think that's $128 well spent. You won't be seeing this yet until I finish off my holdens
  11. Mmmm graphics. I'm so glad I have a decent PC and don't have to live that life any more
  12. That self promotion is really terrible mate, I know a person who would never do that is macgregor (check out his sick stuff here http://www.lcpdfr.com/profile/148271-macgregor/) He doesn't arrogantly say how talented he is because he's far too great of a person to do something like that
  13. This problem is caused when some games have the sheriff car in an update instead of the usual x64e.rpf. I don't know why some copies of the game have this, but they do, and the easy fix is to use the open search tool in open IV, type in sheriff.yft, and it will show up if it's located in another .rpf. Then just simply install it there. this is just for the model files too, the handling and vehicles shouldn't need to be moved you can actually create your own .rpf and if you do it right you can make the game think it's an update. Saves you from having mods in multiple areas.
  14. That's because in those cases there's no argument. Vic, and Holden
  15. this thread is 4 days old guys and already people are being sh*tty to each other? Honestly that's really sad lift up your game guys don't be children
  16. stop trying to be different and make it a god damn plain background like everyone else
  17. Probably not quite something like that, although I myself am planning a "little" vicpol pack, which is one of the reasons why I'm not releasing every one of my models as soon as they get finished. I'm still tossing up weather or not uniforms will be included in this too, as i'd either have to make them myself or get someone else to.
  18. you'll probably have to manually select the polygons and then detach them
  19. Ahh yeah I was going to get kyben to do a vicpol livery for that. I mucked around with it in zmodeler but I was only fixing the collisions for my own use, the main body collision is lower than the skids so when it's on the ground it looks odd
  20. That'd be a nice variation to all the modern cars. Some bits of advice I can give you to start off is muck around with zmod a lot. Don't give up too soon or you would've just wasted your money. And if you ever get up to scratch modelling something (eg. Lightbar or a piece of gear) use a different program for the modelling bit, and then import it to zmodeler for the texturing and converting into the game format. The modelling tools in zmodeler are useless. I suggest using either blender or 3ds max. 3ds Max costs money but is a bit better than blender which is free. That being said I've used blender for years and still haven't found any problems with it
