I use this pack.  I don't remember if it says City or Los Santos or Angeles.  The door logo where it would say that is so small you would have to zoom in quite a bit to see.  The Highway Patrols I want CHP theme and some models say San Andreas and some say California.  I just pick and deal with the imperfections until someone comes out with a more accurate pack.  I like the packs so I don't have to DL a lot of different models.  I don't know how accurate this pack is to the real life vehicles and I live where LAPD operates LOL.  I just never compared how close the models are to the real life.  I see it as, these models look good to me so I'll try it.  As long as they are good skin wise.   Features and Types on and of the vehicles?  I'm not too concerned.

When running, Los Santos police officers will grip their service pistol with both hands and point it at the ground as they would in real life. However, you don't play by the rules and run with the default animation; you wield your firearm in one hand and jog with your arms side to side. Is there an existing mod that reverses this abhorrent act of unruliness?

I am utterly sick of gaming these days. You cant even launch a game without being connected to the internet. Heaven forbid I ACCIDENTALLY launch my game connected to the internet, rockstar forces me to redownload the "update" from their servers which doesnt fucking work! I have to take my PC to a friends house so he can download grand theft auto from steam and mesh them together with my CD version just so I can play the game again because Rockstar has incompetent servers. PLUS I lose each and every mod I have. If I had known gaming has come to this I wouldn't have invested thousands of dollars in a new computer. I suppose the days of installing a game and being able to play it are gone.

I hated the default skins too, so I've made my own set of skins for LSPD and LSSD, I wouldn't mind packaging them up and posting them if you'd like.
Currently, I'm using the Ford Taurus, the Ford Explorer/Utility Interceptor, and the Tahoe for my police fleets.

Hopefully the cops run a little faster this time around. Also it would be nice to see a resuscitate ability for fallen comrades and civilians.

All the time in a fire fight I have a car about to explode and a bunch of civies running and walking around it. I think a civilian disperse function, such as a speech command on the numpad would tell the people to run, and everyone in the area will flee and retreat. Civilians that is. Not the baddies. I think its a good idea.
