Does anybody know how to increase performance on GTA IV? i know about command lines but i dont notice any difference when using them. I want a tweak or mod that increases FPS/Performance quite a bit if thats even possible. My PC runs the game fine with the tiniest of lag and it dosent effect my game too bad but i just want that extra 10-15 FPS and so on. Links would be appreciated or any advice/tips. Thanks.

Im thinking of making pepper spray to go with the met police packs out there like Double Dopplers. It will add a more british like feel to the game. I am going to start of using the grenade as a base model type thing then i will reduce the distance it can fire etc when i find out how. From there i will make a new in-game icon for it. Anybody want to teach me how to do all this? I know the basics of it, i just need help with the editing data bit. Open to suggestions/tips.

anybody know how i can get the in game console? i know you open it by pressing (`) but when i do that it dosent open. I have had it before and it just went. Thanks in advance ;D

No haha, i was playing just a random free mode. If there is nobody on the clans teamspeak thats wants to do an un official patrol i just go online and do one myself with random people. so is that the problem? and sorry for the late reply

hey guys, whenever i play online on GTA IV i get the SMPA60 Error messge about 15-20 minutes gameplay, i have researched this and people say its because you have modded cars in your parking space at the safe house. The thing is i dont have any modded cars in my parking space, i use the trainer to spawn them. Any ideas.

Hey officers, ive recently installed some of DoubleDopplers met police cars with the halogen spinning lights but im confused how to enable them to spin. In game the lights just flash but i want them to rotate. Anybody help me? I know of ELS-H or something like that but i cant find it. Im using ELS 7 btw. Thanks, Jordan.

Hey guys, this may sound like a stupid question and there probably is an easy way to do it. My question is how do you jog in GTA IV? Like not sprinting but not walking, like when your inside a building... That type of jog. Thanks.
