Does anybody know how to increase performance on GTA IV? i know about command lines but i dont notice any difference when using them. I want a tweak or mod that increases FPS/Performance quite a bit if thats even possible. My PC runs the game fine with the tiniest of lag and it dosent effect my game too bad but i just want that extra 10-15 FPS and so on. Links would be appreciated or any advice/tips.
